Für alle, die beabsichtigen dieses Hotel zu buchen folgender Hinweis:
Wir mussten bei Ankunft ca.30 USD pro Nacht zusätzlich zum gebuchten Preis bezahlen. Eine Praxis,die wir so noch nicht erlebt haben.
Freundlicherweise hat uns Trip verbunden allerdings mit einigem Aufwand die Gebühr in Form von coins erstattet.
Von einem Frühstück kann man quasi nicht sprechen. Kein Toast,keine Eierspeisen, kein Aufscnitt, keine Marmelade. Empfehlung: woanders buchen

Don’t do it
The customer service is terrible. Don’t bother trying to check in early. They’re literally not there till 3:00 or later. The lady at the front desk speaks her own language, so good luck with that. Breakfast is available… not sure you could call it breakfast, but whatever. Parking?! There is none. Street parking is available, but good luck with that too. You can park at any of the adjacent hotels, which is great… if they didn’t have customers!!! The room wasn’t bad. Actually surprised, we asked for two queens and ended up with what was probably, at one time, a two bedroom apartment adjacent to the property. One of the TVs didn’t work (couldn’t get the WiFi working on it). No soap, shampoo or conditioner in the bathroom, and the refrigerator made a rattling sound all night. Checkout, once again, no one at the front desk and no direction for what to do with your keys. For the price, ok. But seriously, you can’t make up how poor the service was.

Very slow check in. Was charged xtra for unknown reason and taxes and fees were included in price quotes. Furniture was in very bad condition. It had a kitchen but only 2 plates, 1spoon. Would not return to this property

We had stayed at Villa Rosa before and loved the ambiance of the inn and were so excited to come back. We were given a room in an annex instead of the main building and it was horrible! There was no place to hang clothes or put suitcases, the shower was a jacuzzi tub with shower head in the middle of it (not acceptable for an elderly person), and there was a dirty diaper and adirty drink cup on the balcony. My husband went to the front desk and got us room in the main building and it was as cute and comfortable as it had been on our first visit to Villa Rosa. The moral of the story is to make sure you get a room in the mainbuilding.

Bang for the Buck
Nice hotel, convenient to the beach. Understaffed at check in, so there was a long line and it took about 1/2 hour. Room needs a hair dryer.
Otherwise nice hotel. Would stay again.

The beach is across the street and State Street is a couple blocks away, so it is very convenient. However, the room we got was dirty. The bathtub was old and taped together. I did not want to step in it without my flip-flops. The window to get ventilation was broken, the handle was sticking out it was dirty. Under the bed, there was dust and old socks, and cobwebs around the room. The TV took forever to figure out how to work. The property had so many pretty flowers and the hot tub was nice. The staff was nice enough. But when I checked out they charged me more than ******* quoted me. Apparently that happens a lot at that place. I would not stay there again.
