The receptionist Nicole was super sweet and helpful. She gave details on the room before we stayed and was very attentive. She also shared valuable insights on the school she attended, which happened to be the school my daughter expressed an interest in attending. Her service was exceptional and made our stay truly memorable.

Decent room, comfortable bed. Definitely could use some updating. Chips in the paint and rust in the bathroom. The shower floor looked dirty but is probably just old. The on-site restaurant is surprisingly good. Very friendly service.

I had reserved a handicapped room for my disabled husband. They gave it away to another guest. He fell the first night in the shower stall. They moved us to a “disabled” room that did not have handicapped bars in the shower or other areas of the room.
