Gutes Hotel, wir waren ausserhalb der Saison dort daher war der Pool nichr gereinigi. Zimmer sind sehr gross mit separater Küche und separatem Wohnbereich. Alles sehr sauber aber etwas alt. In das Stadtzentrum ist man gut 1 Stunde zu Fuss unterwegs. Es gibt aber eine Busverbindung welche wir nicht genutzt haben. abend essen war gut aner nicht abwechslungsreich.

Estuvimos la primera vez el año 2018 las instalaciones eran muy buenas, volvimos este año y las instalaciones no tienen nada que ver con lo anterior, el desayuno partía a las 07:00 y recién a las 07:50 estaba montado y de mala calidad, por lo que no podíamos tomar ya que por horario debíamos salir a las 07:15. Los colchones antiguos, curvados. Éramos 3 pasajeros en el departamento y por el estado de las camas el tercer pasajero se cambió de hotel, ya que era imposible descansar en esas camas, informamos al hotel y no nos hicieron ningún descuento la única opción que nos dieron, era un late check out, lo que no nos servia porque nuestro vuelo salía temprano. NO LO RECOMIENDO, que lastima que el hotel haya decaído tanto.

Muy lindo ambiente y entorno pero la verdad yo al menos tuve problemas con el agua caliente, era una lucha mantener buena temperatura... la WiFi solo en algunas habitaciones lo que me obligaba a estar siempre en un lado...en las piscinas y exterior no había señal...nada que decir de la amabilidad del personal, per con estos 2 detalles no creo vuelva.... Lo bueno sí, es que quedaba frente al Hiper maxi que tenia de todo ...y te puedes comprar cosas para llevar pq tiene cocina la habitacion..eso sí, no tiene cocina a gas , solo refri, lavaplatos, hervidor..nada más...si no fuera por la wifi y el agua me quedo, pero no fue así

Me siento estafado, el gimnasio esta todo roto y descuidado, ninguna pero ninguna de las piscinas es atemperada, el wifi es pésimo. Ha decaído mucho este hotel que en su momento fue referente de una linda estadía. Reclamé a recepción y nadie supo darme una explicación. Uno viene con niños y grandes expectativas para tremenda decepción

Antes era uno de los mejores hoteles pero la última vez que estuvimos hospedados fue a fin de año recibiendo el 2023 y encontramos el hotel en muy malas condiciones todo viejo, las camas muy incómodas, la limpieza deja mucho que desear tanto así que de las cuatro noches que teníamos que hospedarnos sólo nos hospedamos dos y no nos hicieron el reembolso de las otras dos noches y tampoco nos hicieron la emisión de la factura correspondiente. Definitivamente este hotel está en pésimas condiciones, además el desayuno muy precario y no lo recomiendo, hoy en día en Santa Cruz existen hoteles a muy buen precio y sus instalaciones son nuevas, el hotel buganvillas debería pensar en remodelar todas sus instalaciones y aquí me imagino que no existe un control de parte de la asociación hotelera que vaya viendo si merece esas estrellas o no
