The hotel lobby is luxurious, but the rooms themselves are just average. Parking requires using a public lot for €12. Considering there aren't many attractions in the city and it's a further drive from the northern airport compared to hotels near La Laguna, I wouldn't really recommend staying here unless Santa Cruz is your main destination.

Friendly staff, impressive lobby and common areas, fresh orange juice at breakfast. Near the best park in town.

Very enjoyable experience located in a quiet area of North Tenerife (45mins drive from South Tenerife airport). The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is very much recommended with a great selection. Cleanliness was outstanding with rooms being cleaned daily.

The room was very clean, and the hotel facilities were excellent, with great service. However, the room we were given was quite noisy. The garbage truck passed by on the street outside around 6 AM and 10 PM, and it was really loud.

Spent a lovely 3 days here after coming off a cruise, and it was a great stay. I particularly enjoyed getting up early in the morning for a refreshing swim in the pool.

The rooms were quite nice, but the air conditioning didn't work very well. The pool is quite small and very crowded.

I like this hotel for its calm and aristocratic atmosphere. It has a city vibe, but still offers the opportunity to relax on the beach.

Very satisfied. The hotel environment is great, with a small botanical garden right next door. The room also has a large balcony where you can sunbathe and enjoy the view. There are also many supermarkets around the hotel. Highly recommended!

My wife and I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The premises are beautiful, clean, and pleasant. The staff is very welcoming, polite, and friendly. The restaurants we ate at were very good (Los Menceyes and Los Laureles). The breakfast is simply fabulous. The selection is huge and of high quality. We also had the opportunity to try the hydrowellness circuit. It was very relaxing and soothing. The gym is also well-stocked, which is very much appreciated! Finally, we were very pleasantly surprised by a lovely surprise: a bottle of champagne and macarons offered by the hotel team to congratulate us on our wedding. We recommend this establishment!
