Great location and comfortable beds, can't comment as we didn't use the breakfast or food available. There was a roof top party very late on Saturday night, super noisy until after 2am and could be heard in our room (on the top floor) sadly, otherwise this was a great hotel visit.

The hotel is in an excellent location and the reception staff are extremely helpful. We felt very comfortable from the beginning. Breakfast is somewhat limited, but everything is of very good quality. It was an incredible experience.

Our stay was just...PERFECT! The hotel was very comfortable and welcoming. The staff was super nice and caring, giving us the most relaxing experience and helping us with suggestions and tips. The first night we arrived very late due to flight issues and the receptionist was very kind and helpful - as was all the staff during all of our stay! All of our needs were met, the breakfast is vary and delicious, and the staff - even here - was wonderful. We suggest to spend a chill after dinner in the nice terrace. Thank you! The hotel is an average one. There was no tea or coffee maker in the room. The room was small without a balcony. We asked for toothbrush on the phone and the person in reception told us to come down to pick it up because he was alone ! We didn’t try the breakfast or dining facilities of the hotel, so no comment on them. I give 3 stars to this hotel because of its nice location and overall cleanliness.

Went to experience the carnival and this hotel was exactly what we were looking for: superb location close to amenities, lovely, spacious and clean rooms, friendly staff and very comfortable queen beds.Highly recommended! I will definitely come back.

NH Tenerife far exceeded my expectations in terms of customer service. The hospitality has gone above and beyond anything that I have experienced before. I lost my carry-on suitcase and Juan P. made sure to help me every step of the way. His genuine concern and professionalism were evident. He persistently called the airline, located online claims I needed to file, and helped support me with my lack of fluency in Spanish. I rarely ever post a review, but Juan P. has worked so effectively and efficiently that it prompted me to encourage others to stay at this hotel for Juan P. In most hotels - the amenities and location are similar, the one OUTSTANDING factor for NH Tenerife is the customer service from Juan P. His dedication to ensuring a seamless and stress-free experience left a lasting impression on me. I highly commend Juan for his astonishing efforts and the hotel for fostering a culture of guest-centric service.

If you want to visit Santa Cruz in Tenerife is Hotel NH Tenerife de beste keuze. The staff is super friendly and and the hotel offers all the comfort needed. The location is also excellent, most things you can go visit by walking. Absolutely recommanded

We were particularly impressed by the assistance given by the receptionist we dealt with (Juan), who made our stay so much better. The room itself was very good, with no real complaints, although I'd rate the shower as just adequate. There was, however, a bath option. The beds were very comfortable. One thing: don't stay here on New Year's Eve if you don't like a noisy neighbourhood. A stage was set up just around the corner, and the music played from 9pm to 6am at such volume that we couldn't even watch TV or talk because everything was drowned out by the (not very good) music a couple of hundred metres away.

Finally a hotel worthy a 5/5! Super friendly and serviceminded staff! The rooms have a modern feel with and the hotel is is situated right in the middle of the buzzing city centre. Beware though that it can get pretty noisy on the weekend from the street below.

Superior rooms are great on the corner of the building and with more space. Some of the rooms have tiny double beds so we always ask for 2 single beds together to ensue we have more space. Staff are great and the location is fantastic - although it can get noisy at night because you are in the middle of town.... we always bring earplugs

I went for work reasons and the NH hotel in Santa Cruz is always the best choice, due to the excellent quality-price ratio. It is super well located: right in the center. Less than 50 meters away is the promenade and on the corner one of the commercial streets (not to mention the most commercial). It is pedestrian… so the area is super quiet! From the hotel, and with a short walk, you can explore the entire center of Santa Cruz: Sanabria park, market, etc. Everything is really close because the location is excellent and unbeatable! The rooms are spacious and comfortable; and all the furniture is exquisitely cared for (sometimes this is not common in other hotels of this category). Plus, both the bed and the pillows were super comfortable! The bathroom is spacious and you have all the amenities you need… and with a delicious fragrance! The buffet is spacious and if you need anything, just tell Marisol (the buffet manager) and she will provide it for you without any problem; as did Juan Pablo, from reception, who - in my case - had forgotten my slippers. And what can we say about the Director, Alejandro Caride: a 10!! for the close treatment, for the welcome and all the attention received, both upon arrival and upon departure! He seems to be an excellent professional, without ceasing to be a friendly person, with a smile that makes you feel at home from the first moment. This harmony and closeness is reflected in the good harmony he has with the staff. In short, if you go to Santa Cruz or surrounding areas… the NH is the best option by far!
