Best Western Plus All Suites Inn

This was a great location. The staff was very freindly. The room was a great size, did not expect it too be. Breakfast was good. Having parking is a plus in Santa Cruz.

The hot tub was not what I expected. Very small. Area surround by concrete walls. Breakfast was good. Rooms were clean but do need some updating

From parking to front desk to a super clean room and then a nice breakfast. It was all great. Thank you Best Western for accommodating our family as well as our dog. Kudos!

False advertisement about having a pool, there’s only a hot tub which was nice could have been clean. Ice machine is out of order on the floor my room was on that’s an inconvenience! The ac unit was old and not blowing enough air out! It was spacious and nice in the room!!

The small fitness room was smelly with no ventilation, simply equiment. Disappointed! The king size bed room was smelly and old which needs renovation. Can't open the window which makes the room very stuffy even wiith the AC on. The bathroom was old not pleasant. The bed wooden box scratched my leg when walking pass it to bed which was placed too closed to the wall. The whole room was not decent at all. However, the front desk staff at the night switch was very friendly and helpful providing toothpaste to me that I forgot to bring.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and spacious although we were given an ADA room so I can't compare to the regular rooms. Breakfast was buffet and had as assortment of breakfast items. The location was about a 15 minute walk to downtown.

I’m wanted my room clean my entire stay and told the staff upfront, they never cleaned it. My remote control didn’t work, I didn’t bother to tell them though, Parking you 16 dollars per night, they didn’t mention in beginning so no choice but to pay, otherwise its decent place. I was ******* at night :/ be ware.

room was stuffy, bedsheet had hairs on it, no operator answered x 3 days. we had to clean the aircon filters so dirty. food was okay, parking lot is always full daily and very compact
