I really enjoy all the stays I have here. The manager is really good at her job and very attentive. If ever something should arise she is very nice and helpful if it’s just a recommendation as to where I should eat or how to get to a destination quickly. She always has great ideas. The rooms are very clean and attended to. I have experienced allot of the hotels in the vicinity and nothing compares. I will continue to satisfy all of my needs for a hotel stay here. Breakfast is a real treat and I have come to depend on it now as I have always had a pleasant experience. Waffles, eggs, and cereal that’s hot or cold is enough to always have a variety. Very nice with code to top off a perfect start for my day. Thank you Sure Stay for your excellent service.

Great location, very close to the sea. Shopping is convenient, it is a good location with culture and scenery. Looking forward to the future and the opportunity to stay again. The Chinese food downstairs is good... There are homeless people nearby, so you have to pay attention to children.

My husband and I very much enjoyed our two night stay; our 4th floor room was spacious, very clean and comfortable. We appreciated the large walk-in shower and the fact that we could open the window. Staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast room and lobby are bright and spacious. The hotel is close to a number of our favorite Santa Cruz destinations. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

Great location, the newest hotel near boardwalk. Parking is extra ($20 currently), but at least it is in a secure gated basement. Great clean rooms, front desk staff was super helpful. Would come back again!

The front desk staff are very proactive, kind, and extremely responsive. Their customer service is outstanding. They went above and beyond to help me enjoy my stay. My fiancé and I were traveling for our one year anniversary and this hotel was amazing! When we walked into the room, the staff even left us a “happy anniversary” card and gift bag with some snacks and waters. How nice to walk into the room and see that! Staff was so kind during the one night we stayed there. Pool was pretty small when we walked past it but we didn’t use it, so it’s okay. It’s also the perfect distance from everything you want to do in Santa Cruz! I would definitely go back to this hotel in the future when I come back to Santa Cruz!
