Hotels near Natural Bridges Monarch Trail, Santa Cruz

Always pick this hotel when I'm staying in Santa Cruz. The staff are friendly and the rooms are spacious and clean. It's a 10 minute walk into downtown for all your shopping and restaurant needs.

The hotel is generally very good, clean and smells good, but sometimes there are some strange people near the hotel, probably because of the city, and the internet speed is quite satisfactory. Not very fast

Good bed, good room, clean enough. Wafer press is good. Hotel has free water (No odor), ice and coffee. Good enough breakfast.

A wonderful place to relax at any time of the year! You can enjoy the swimming pools and hot jacuzzis. There are separate adults-only pools (18+) for those who prefer peace and quiet, as well as family-friendly pools where you can relax with children. It’s a perfect place to unwind and enjoy some quiet time. There is also a very large gym, two excellent saunas, and beautiful hiking trails nearby. Such a fantastic place! Highly recommend! ❤️

High cost performance, rich breakfast, good location, especially the breakfast is very rich, the front desk is also very friendly

Great location. Right next to Santa Cruz downtown. The front desk staff was very nice. Free coffee from 6:30am- 11am. Very clean room. Great deal!

Its location is excellent, just a few minutes walk to Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable, but the air conditioner was so noisy, it kept running for the whole night and kept generating unpleasant noise during our sleep. Also, the microwave was not functioning properly, it couldn’t be used after just a few minutes of microwaving food (which we think it failed due to overheating), and we had to wait for more than 10 minutes before it could be used again. We had to move the microwave from the shelf under the TV to another locaton so that it can be cooled down faster.

Very professional and helpful front desk staff. Great deal and location

The front desk staff are very proactive, kind, and extremely responsive. Their customer service is outstanding. They went above and beyond to help me enjoy my stay. The hotel amenities are exactly what I was looking for. It’s a nice place to stay with the family because of updated kitchen and cleanliness.
