Wonderful resort-like hotel with all the amenities on-site, you wont feel like you need to leave. Multiple restaurant options, beautiful pool. Felt very private and safe. Delicious food and helpful staff wherever you go.

PARK HOTEL in Coban Guatemala is a very pleasant place to stay. You are 30 minutes from Coban, from San Juan Chamelco and other places of interest as the ponds of Semuc Champey. The hotel ya very clean, comfortable and the attendants go out of their way to assist you in any way.

Enjoyed our stay It was a beautiful hotel and restaurants. The breakfast was very good.lots of good, safe parking. No one spoke English but we're patient with me using my phone translator.

We loved the staff, they were all amazing. The restaurants and food were all great. Walking the property to see the animals, flowers and landscaping was outstanding. Outside the property didn’t feel so safe.

Located on the highway, close to a gas station selling water and chips. Large room and bathroom size. No air conditioning (!). Clean. Very comfortable beds. Stable internet connection. Fixed showerhead, rainfall. 2 small water bottles available in the room. No water kettle, no coffee maschine, no hairdryer, no iron/iron board, no bathrobe, no slippers. Safe available. Power supply adapter needed for EU travellers. Amenities: shower gel and soap bar. No fridge. TV: local language channels only. Very kind and helpful staff. Vegetarian friendly breakfast.

App would not reserve 2 queen bed room for group larger than 2 people. There is plenty of space but they wanted to charge for “extra” people.
