Our warm contemporary guest house, is two identical side by side units for families wanting to stay in one space or couples traveling together, while still enjoying there own privacy and having access to the entire homes amenities and gardens. It is it's own unit under one floor plan which provides two identical spaces for all. Its located near Museum Hill and the East side mountains. This casita is a modern and contemporary design with attention to minimalist details with floor to ceiling windows that give it wonderful access to natural light throughout the day. It features queen size beds with luxurious bedding, large walk in closets, full size dressers, full size baths with luxury towels and an additional pull-out couches for either relaxing and entertaining that can easily be made into a double size beds that will comfortably sleep two additional adults in either unit. It is a spacious, open floor plan with high ceilings and vertical shades between the bedroom and the common room which provide privacy when you are sharing the space with children or guests. Clear finished concrete floors provide wonderful warming radiant heat when there is a chill in the air. Both sides have full size kitchens, that include dishwasher, coffee maker, electric teapot, toaster, french press and Italian espresso coffee maker, large assortment of dinner and glassware, and all appliances are full size, making any meal preparation and cleanup easy! The glass dining tables for each area provide seating for 6 but that is only one option for dining. You may prefer to enjoy your morning coffee while sitting outside in your own private patio area while listening to the morning birds. With plenty of morning sun, it may be enjoyed almost year round. Your casita is equipped with high speed internet, Apple TV's in both units, and netflix, which can be enjoyed on fully articulating flat screen TV's. There is also a full size LG stackable washer and dryers in both the units. All windows have blinds for those restful times when you need it dark and cozy. Your casita is surrounded by colorful New Mexico gardens, professionally landscaped and maintained, and the property has a full time maintenance staff available if there are ever any items to be addressed. There is a wooden deck patio that has a full size BBQ grill and table, chairs, and an umbrella providing a comfortable place for entertaining or relaxing.
