There was a spider that crawled unto the bed and when I called the front desk they were so rude. Saw a roach on the table too.

Comfortable beds and linens, big bathtubs, horrible police situation outside. Make sure to stop at every stop sign and do not go 1 mile an hour over the speed limit or you will get pulled over in that whole entire area.

The bed was very comfortable, the pillows were very good, the bed linen was very nice. The room was very clean. Only thing was the air container filter was very dirty causing the air conditioner to not work well. Once we cleaned it, it worked fine. Their morning coffee was amazing

The hotel has easy acess to the highway, there is a McDonalds just down the streetn plus several very good restaurants nearby. There is a supermarket nearby also. The room was very clean, but it was very evident that it was in need of repairs and upgrades to items such as headboards and towels. The staff was always polite and helped me very quickly the times I needed items. It was also very quiet there. Not a lot of noise from other guests or traffic. The only downside might be that it is need of some repairs.

Surprised that the room we were assigned was in need of repair and cleanliness. The bathtub had black areas where the grout wasn't clean. the bathroom floor had loose tiles and the black grout was half of the floor. The toilet tissue holder was missing and the toilet paper was placed on top of the toilet. The room needs proper cleaning before making it available to the public.

Serviceable stAY
I was looking for an inexpensive place to spend the night while visiting family (a 99th birthday party) and doing some exploring. The hotel is showing it's age, but it wasn't gross. I did have an issue with my ground floor window not locking, but it was taken care of on a Sunday with limited staff. It was pretty quiet while I was there, the staff was friendly enough.
I did notice a strong smell of perfume in the room after the window was fixed, and since I am allergic, I ironically opened the window for a bit! It was also nicely located between my two destinations, Santa Fe and Los Alamos.
If my finances don't improve, I would stay here again, but if I could afford a more higher end hotel, I would do that too.
There is no breakfast, but a coffee bar that sometimes had the NM Pinon Coffee (a treat for this out of towner). The vending machine on the first floor was well stocked with some healthier choices, snacks for sale at the front desk, ****** restaurant across the street/parking lot (I didn't go!).
Funny thing, the On Demand movies were all $20.99! I guess they wanted us ********.
Oh, I did also appreciate the art in the lobby. Did not seek out any other amenities.
