The front desk overcharged for city tax, but Trip.com refunded it later. The towel had bloodstains, disgusting. However, the location is excellent. The beach is just a short walk away, and restaurants, supermarkets, and dessert shops are in the opposite direction. Free luggage storage. The lobby is very spacious.

The hotel is located close to the embankment. The rooms are large and comfortable. There's plenty of storage space. There's a balcony. The bed is comfortable. The lighting is good. We stayed there for two days, and we only got free water on the first day. We liked everything, but there was one very unpleasant moment that ruined our impression of the hotel. When we checked in, we were told at reception that everything was paid for. When we checked out, the man at reception said we had to pay 16 euros in city taxes for two days. I tried to tell him that everything was paid before arrival, but he insisted, and we had to pay because we were rushing to catch a train. Thanks to Trip.com, who refunded us the money in the form of TripCoins.
