Il personale è gentile e disponibile. Il cibo abbondante e saporito. Dalla mia camera si sentivano i rumori della cucina tanto da svegliarmi.
La pulizia dei tavolini tra le sdraio era scadente e molte sdraio del terrazzo erano rotte.

Good value hotel just off the beach, only a few minutes walk from the pedestrian street, and variety of beach bars. Beware no lift and some rooms are on the second floor. Good breakfast and reasonable small menu dinner. Swimming pool is lined rather than tiled and could do with some attention. Pleasant staff.

Considering this was a budget break I was pleased with the hotel. The room was spacious with good (quiet) air con and comfy bed and a safe. Good WiFi across the whole hotel. It was clean and the breakfast perfectly acceptable and plentiful ( although recommend you breakfast by 9 am). Only issue we had was with lack of cutlery ( particularly spoons) and briefly no running water in our bathroom on 2 occasions. Pool was cold but no better/worse than usual. Poolside pleasantly shaded by banana and coconut trees. Hotel was well situated. I would use again.

I recently stayed at this hotel [26/2/25-5/3/25] and, despite unfavourable reviews found the hotel much to my satisfaction. The food, an abundant buffet breakfast, was terrific and so too was the evening meal although the selection of dishes on offer was minimal. My room was great but the TV did not work-no great hardship but something management should be aware of. The most girl staff looked and slinky in their dark denim uniform giving the hotel an understated but professional consistency. However it was touch and go as to whether there were any snacks available in the afternoon. There was "music" courtesy of a large bass speaker which seemed to go on and off on an ad hoc basis. If I had my way I'd get rid of it as I have not travelled all that way to listen to it. I would have liked to have seen an on site shop if only for suntan oil/toothpaste and water. Finally the hotel's website photos are way out of date and could do with being updated

Arrived late in the evening to be told the hotel was overbooked and was sent to another hotel of lesser quality 600m away with the promise a room would be available the day after. Returned the following day to be told the same story that no room was available and to return the day after. Two days later they found a room after complaining to the manager but it was only available after 3pm. I was not the only person that this was happening to. It spoit the first two days on my holiday and the management said that some form of compensation was being considered but this has since been rejected. The hotel room was acceptable, breakfast and facilities average. But my experience is don't guarantee on getting what you paid for.

Greeting Is it true that the only swimming pool plays LOUD music all day long? Me and my other elderly friend have booked three weeks and two rooms in January. Is the noise constant or was it only during the school holidays. We can still cancel our purchase for free if this is really the case. I was in Porto Antigo for two weeks in the fall, a very quiet place. Has someone in charge of the music come from the continent? -they call for their own pleasure about the customers they care about.
