They're even polite, but nobody appears to have a real 4 star training. The staff haven't a real hospitality culture. If there was, nobody has seen. Many of them have other jobs, but in summer work here. It's not enough to be not rude. At the Reception, Mr Fabio pretends to smile, but at every little not ordinary request, his brain melt down.
