Regent Santa Monica Beach

An exceptional hotel! The service was top-notch, far exceeding my expectations. The cleanliness was impeccable, and I truly appreciated the thoughtful details. The location is excellent, with the beach just a few hundred meters' walk away.

The hotel is located on Santa Monica Beach, but you have to cross the road to get to the sand. They offer free electric bikes, which is great for exploring the beach. The gym is a nice touch, with complimentary apples and electrolyte water. However, for such an expensive room, it's pretty disappointing that breakfast isn't included. I stayed for three nights, primarily to adjust to the time difference and get some rest. Unfortunately, there was a constant low-frequency humming sound in the room 24/7, and the bathroom fan couldn't be turned off, which was quite frustrating. To top it all off, they overcharged me by more than two hundred dollars at checkout. This hotel simply doesn't compare to Regent properties in other countries.

The service, ambiance, facilities, location, and decor were all top-notch. The beach is just a few steps away, and the room was even cleaned while we were out for dinner, which made for a fantastic experience. However, the parking fee at 110 was a bit pricey.

I stayed here for New Year's Eve, and it was exceptionally clean with excellent service and a great environment. It's very close to the sea, where you can take a leisurely stroll along the calm waters. There are also fitness and recreational facilities by the beach, which is a nice bonus. Highly recommended!

When I booked, the pictures didn't make it look very luxurious, but once we arrived, it turned out to be a truly beautiful hotel. The suite we booked was huge, my baby loved it, and it was immaculately clean.

The service was incredibly thoughtful. I'd left an English book open in my room, read a few pages, and then rushed out to explore. When I returned to the hotel, I found a new bookmark with a message: 'Open your book and enter a world of tranquility. The Pacific awaits your new chapter.' The sea, the beach, the sun, a good book – everything for a perfect holiday comes together right here.

Seriously the best hotel! The view and service were both perfect, and the house car offering pickup and drop-off was a great bonus. It's a place I'd love to visit again.

The hotel is good and the rooms are spacious. However, the soundproofing isn't great. We were located near the elevator and could hear it all night. The bed was also too soft for our liking, which we found a bit uncomfortable. Everything else was very good.
