After reading the mixed reviews on line we were a little unsure of what to expect but what can I say but wow. Both me and my wife were very impressed with the whole hotel experience and how everything was so perfect. Obviously everyone is entitled to there own opinion and you will get some people who don’t enjoy there experience but I can honestly say hand on heart we did and will definitely be coming back next year.

We returned today from this lovely hotel a family of six four adults two children age 11 &8. I have to start with the staff who are amazing friendly welcoming and ensure your stay is special. The hotel is spotless and well setout Rooms are very large with a separate lounge, bedroom and dressing room a lovely extra, kettles should be supplied just need to ask at reception for anything you require and delivered withing an hour. Restaurant, A great choice of food at every sitting if you can't find something to suit your taste there must be something wrong with you Everyone was catered for. We are two veterans and a gluten intolerant they had no problem selecting meals , apart from gluten-free dessert which there wasn't a big choice. The entertainment team were fantastic with the kids and adults, they remembered you name after one meeting and always upbeat and friendly. Location was great lovely walks along the seafront shops, bars and restaurants in a easy walk. The pool isn't heated so be warned, indoor pool is more undercover than indoors and not very large. The adult only rooftop solarium is well worth the 20€ per room very chilled and relaxing with fabulous views. Overall I would highly recommend this hotel as family holiday Go and enjoy.

The hotel itself is really nice, but the rooms were a little small and outdated, although a nice sized balcony. There is a kids area outside with pool table and table tennis which was great but it did get very busy towards the end of the week when the school holidays started and you felt like you was just waiting to get a ball to the back of the head. I am glad we came outside of the school holidays as it was far too busy once the holidays had started. You cannot use floats or anything in the pool, that’s even if you can stomach the pool because they are both absolutely freezing. The pool is unfortunately in the shade all day so never warms up, even the “heated pool” was cold. There is a bit of a wind tunnel where the loungers are so can be quite windy. The staff were all brilliant, friendly and couldn’t be more helpful. The food was great although once again as it got busier towards the end of the week, it was very crowded and felt like there wasn’t enough food. The walls are very thin in the rooms and we had some really noisy neighbours who reception almost had to call police on, due to screaming and fighting. There is no security in the hotel. The views from the hotel are amazing, beautiful sunset every night. 10 minute walk away from a lovely sandy beach in Santa ponsa. Taxi was only €11 to Palma Nova. We’ve had a really nice week away but I am not sure if I would come back, and if I did it would not be during the school holidays.

Pro’s Staff helpful and friendly; nothing was too much trouble and reception staff went the extra mile. Room clean, tidy and spacious; cleaned daily. Breathtaking views of sunset from pool bar. Plenty of sun-beds. Restaurant was ok with themed nights. Entertainment in evening was varied. Con’s Would have been nice to have drinks in fridge in room replenished. Limited choice of all inclusive drinks. Food in restaurant didn’t really match the daily themes (no curry or naan bread on Indian night, no beef lasagne or beef spaghetti bol for Italian night).

What can I say, truly a lovely experience. On arrival we met Gio, who greeted us with a warm welcome. Unfortunately I have been poorly this year and this hotel done everything it could to make this a magical time. The room we had looked out over the sea and was beautiful. The rooms were cleaned daily with fresh towels etc. The food was plentiful with lots of choice, very fresh and hot. Restaurant staff were always very friendly and helpful. Bar staff were also lovely, wine out a bottle were very good, also cheeky cocktails. The solarium was amazing especially watching the sun set. We truly enjoyed our time here and will be back. Keep doing what you’re doing, just perfect. Thank you for making our holiday so memorable:)

The hotel in itself was lovely , the room was great, air con worked, comfy beds, good bathrooms, food was one of the best all inclusive hotels I’ve had and the drinks selection is so great and varied especially for an all inclusive (they even have cider in draft which you don’t see in many euro all ins). They have lovely sun beds and good location for sunset. The staff really go out of their way for you. Only downside as a couples holiday was that the pool is quite small and it’s primarily a family hotel so be prepared for a lot of kids running around, most of them uncontrolled by their parents.

We stayed here for the 2nd time in April. Again, we can't fault this place. Staff are very friendly & helpful. The hotel is very clean. Food may not be for everyone, but even a fussy eater like me. I found something to eat at meal times. Entertainment was fab with mini discos & various other events on every night. They also do stuff during the day. The pool can be very cold, but you do get use to it after a few minutes. There is an undercover pool that is warmer The Square is a 3-4 minute walk from the hotel, where you will find bars, shops & places to eat etc etc. You can walk into the center of Santa Ponsa in about 15 minutes & it's all downhill from the hotel. We have booked to come back out in August & can't wait.

This is a really difficult review to have to leave as the staff were fantastic so this is not a reflection on them (Nicky is simply outstanding with the kids and entertainment, Andreas and Juan on the bar are top class service, the lifeguard Nicolas was great with the kids) Now onto the part we feel we have to be honest about, the room (superior suite) is absolutely not a superior suite in any way shape or form) the room is outdated basic and needs a good refresh and deep clean. The table and chairs are old and rotting and the sofa is just not practical for a family to sit on especially at night when the kids go to sleep. Dirty glasses are not taken and replaced. Cannot call it a mini bar as once the water is drank and the soft drinks are gone this does not get refilled, there is unlimited water around the hotel but you have to go to get it and with young kids in the night that’s not practical . The soft drinks and water in there are for a welcome only. The balcony is a good size however you are so close to the next balcony there is no privacy at all The pool bar area is nice however it looks out onto mounds and mounds of seaweed (we were there today when the JCB came and shifted it all but it’s now covering all by the car area and it absolutely stinks for all the guests round by the pool) the card machine at the pool bar was not working so it was cash only (even if you are all inclusive you will need cash or card as cocktails are chargeable and the free icecream is cheap and bad so you may want to proper buy ice lolly’s and icecream which is chargeable. The bar snacks all inclusive are stale as left out all day however Monica who runs the pool bar does make the best of what she can and she is absolutely lovely and wonderful with the kids Now onto the Resturant, there is a lot of choice on food however it’s often cold and doesn’t come out quick enough in busy periods, the postres (desserts) are bought in bulk so are cheap tasting and not always edible. The potato balls at breakfast are awful. That said on other days the food is good so it’s really hit and miss The lift in the hotel is frequently not working which when you have a pushchair isn’t ideal. Also there is 1 lift for the whole hotel so in busy periods you would be waiting forever to get into it The hotel does not have a beach and if you want to go to a sandy beach you have to get into a cab unless you want to walk uphill for 15 minutes. The pony’s for the kids to see and interact with are great fun however the outdoor kids area is rundown (astroturf is coming up everywhere and needs a good clean) the veg patch is lovely for kids to see Overall we would not come back but that’s down to the hotel needing money spent refreshing and modernising
