The hotel itself is really nice, but the rooms were a little small and outdated, although a nice sized balcony. There is a kids area outside with pool table and table tennis which was great but it did get very busy towards the end of the week when the school holidays started and you felt like you was just waiting to get a ball to the back of the head. I am glad we came outside of the school holidays as it was far too busy once the holidays had started. You cannot use floats or anything in the pool, that’s even if you can stomach the pool because they are both absolutely freezing. The pool is unfortunately in the shade all day so never warms up, even the “heated pool” was cold. There is a bit of a wind tunnel where the loungers are so can be quite windy. The staff were all brilliant, friendly and couldn’t be more helpful. The food was great although once again as it got busier towards the end of the week, it was very crowded and felt like there wasn’t enough food. The walls are very thin in the rooms and we had some really noisy neighbours who reception almost had to call police on, due to screaming and fighting. There is no security in the hotel. The views from the hotel are amazing, beautiful sunset every night. 10 minute walk away from a lovely sandy beach in Santa ponsa. Taxi was only €11 to Palma Nova. We’ve had a really nice week away but I am not sure if I would come back, and if I did it would not be during the school holidays.

Pro’s Staff helpful and friendly; nothing was too much trouble and reception staff went the extra mile. Room clean, tidy and spacious; cleaned daily. Breathtaking views of sunset from pool bar. Plenty of sun-beds. Restaurant was ok with themed nights. Entertainment in evening was varied. Con’s Would have been nice to have drinks in fridge in room replenished. Limited choice of all inclusive drinks. Food in restaurant didn’t really match the daily themes (no curry or naan bread on Indian night, no beef lasagne or beef spaghetti bol for Italian night).

My wife, daughter and I stopped here for five nights. During that time we had the most amazing stay. The hotel is situated right by the sea. As long as you don't mind a rocky beach, which is only 15 steps from the hotel!! The rooms were very clean and had everything you could need for your stay. The staff were always friendly, helpful and nothing was too much trouble for them. The food was fantastic with so much choice on the buffet. (Don't think about any diets there!!) Would recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a great hotel especially with young children. Thank you.

Where to start? Amazing hotel , Great views Fantastic staff everything you want from a hotel and more. Spent 7 days here in September and have to say anything I read online was blown out of proportion. Food was good what you would expect for all inclusive and cocktails superb.

Second Visit in a Year - Fab Hotel and Staff Returned this year and was off peak so no issues at all getting sun loungers. Paid small extra for the Superior Suite and was pleasantly surprised to find fridge fully stocked with soft drinks and water plus bath robes and slippers. Spacious room and balcony with great view above the entertainment area and pool. Plenty of food for all tastes - if they can accommodate my family they can cater for anyone! Pool is cold but the smaller indoor pool was much warmer. Entertainment is a bit hit and miss. Always a kids disco from 8.30pm and then the main show at 9.30pm for an hour. That’s it really although some of the acts were really good. The Square is literally a 2 min walk away though and their acts tend to start at 1030pm so you can keep the night going just up there. Staff all very friendly and the rooms were cleaned everyday. Will definitely return again.

Great hotel! But a few issues needing attention. Ladies toilet seat at pool bar wouldn't stay up & lock broken. Repaired daughter's door immediately which was fab. Some of the boards at the pool bar are loose and in need of repairs. Other than this a great family hotel with it's own little beach with great views especially sunsets.

Very disappointing, advertised as 4 star but more 3 star. I was very excited on arrival but that excitement soon turned to pure anxiety when I saw my room. Junior suite very dark, no balcony, small. Window view was of a brick wall. Entertainment limited and repetitive. Pool bar small, does not offer hot food, poor choice, restaurant offered a varied menu, food okay, not allowed to take food outside or outwith restaurant. No food available between 5pm and 6.30pm. Jordie Bar very small, queue for a long time to get a drink, small indoor sitting area next to bar. Pool area small and cramped, people reserving sunbeds even though it’s stated that you can’t. One morning I came out and counted 23 sun beds with towels on, but there was only about 5 people next to the pool. Chaotic. Smell of sewage next to drains. Some staff were very lovely and accommodating, others rude and unfriendly. There is a lot of other nicer hotels within the same price range, would not come back here.

Great hotel, was really worried before we came due to bad reviews but pleasantly surprised. Room was great size and beds fine and cleaned daily. Food was really nice usual all inclusive type food lots of choice for everyone. Bars were fine, did have to queue in main bar and could do with another one for older kids and adults. Pool was great separate area for little ones, it was busy but definitely not unsafe we all had a good swim and enjoyed the pool. Did have to save loungers but like that everywhere we weren’t greedy and just had 2 for 4 of us as most of the time kids in pool (age 13 & 17). We got 4 a few days aswell. Pool bar good drinks great service. We didn’t really do the entertainment as have older kids but staff really nice and friendly. The beach by the hotel is rocky but can buy those beach shoes locally also get snorkels as if walk a bit further round the coast 2 mins can dive into and also has steps into sea. Lots of fish and sea life to sea. Good walk into town and along seafront lots of shops and bars and restaurants. Definitely recommend
