The hotel itself is really nice, but the rooms were a little small and outdated, although a nice sized balcony. There is a kids area outside with pool table and table tennis which was great but it did get very busy towards the end of the week when the school holidays started and you felt like you was just waiting to get a ball to the back of the head. I am glad we came outside of the school holidays as it was far too busy once the holidays had started. You cannot use floats or anything in the pool, that’s even if you can stomach the pool because they are both absolutely freezing. The pool is unfortunately in the shade all day so never warms up, even the “heated pool” was cold. There is a bit of a wind tunnel where the loungers are so can be quite windy. The staff were all brilliant, friendly and couldn’t be more helpful. The food was great although once again as it got busier towards the end of the week, it was very crowded and felt like there wasn’t enough food. The walls are very thin in the rooms and we had some really noisy neighbours who reception almost had to call police on, due to screaming and fighting. There is no security in the hotel. The views from the hotel are amazing, beautiful sunset every night. 10 minute walk away from a lovely sandy beach in Santa ponsa. Taxi was only €11 to Palma Nova. We’ve had a really nice week away but I am not sure if I would come back, and if I did it would not be during the school holidays.

We read a few mixed reviews for the hotel on trip advisor before we arrived but it has been absolutely excellent. On the arrival we were very well greeted by Geo-senior receptionist who put us in room 426 with very nice view. Every day received a lot of help from others like Luis and Saskia😊. The rest of staff on reception were always willing to help with anything you need. The staff are incredibly friendly and efficient, particularly the entertainment team (Moana, Nicki, Stitch, Simba and Barbie who learned everyone’s names and make everyone feel included) and the staff in the restaurant (Andres, Petya, Miro ), who have always managed to find us a table for 11 no matter what time we’ve arrived for lunch or dinner. The restaurant is very clean and the food choices have been varied and fresh with something for everyone. The waiter/waitresses all do an amazing job sometime trying to clear your plate whilst still eating though! The pool is a little cold but the weather is very hot and it hasn’t bothered the kids, who have spent hours swimming in it. Monica who runs the pool bar does make the best of what she can and she is absolutely lovely and wonderful with the kids. Having the indoor pool is a huge benefit with warmer water for kids to spend hours in the pool and not exposed to sun all day. Andres and Juan on the Jordi’s lounge bar are top class service. The lifeguard – socorrista Nicolas was great with the kids. The adults only roof terrace was also lovely! We took advantage of kids club and went up there for a few hours in mornings and afternoons. We were not completely alone, but was nice. We paid €20 for both of us as its per room. There are day beds and 2 hot tubs. It’s also got canned soft drinks, bottles of water and fresh fruit platters in a fridge that are self-serve too. We’ve spent a great daytime on the rooftop terrace and watched the sunset from there at the evenings. The exercise classes have been well run with varying levels so anyone can take part and my wife loved body steps, aqua gym, palates, stretching, my 12 year old boy has enjoyed the table tennis competitions (becoming 3 times champion) and my 10 years old daughter was happy winning archery competition. Cocktail workshops were also amazing (only suggest more brandy to add)😊. As the week has gone on and the hotel has become busier, we’ve had to get up earlier to get a sunbed but it hasn’t been a problem. We found the hotel quite modern, only the rooms feel a little bit basic with no shelves and limited space for clothes but we’ve hardly been in them and the they’ve been cleaned properly every day. The room balconies were spacious & light. All in all we’ve had a brilliant holiday and we would definitely come back. Big thank you to all mentioned above! …Don’t read the bad reviews.
