Very relaxing stay in the Plaza Hotel. Room's are very compact but comfortable and we had a nice front facing balcony looking out over the main roundabout of santa ponsa. The hotel staff are all very friendly and helpful especially Lia on reception who helped us check into our room and made our stay very relaxing. The location of the hotel is perfect to access the beach only 5 minutes walk and the main bus and taxi terminal is right on your doorstep should you want to travel to anywhere on the island. Don't forget to try Pina Colada!

Excellent location, close to the beach and restaurants. All the staff was very helpful and friendly.
The room was clean, although a bit noisy during the night due to noise from the street, but we could sleep fairly well.
Breakfast was decent. The quality of the food wasn't the best, but good enough for the price.
Highly recommended overall.

Very nice hotel 100m from the beach, you can take the bus to Palma at the corner of the hotel, very abundant and varied breakfast, many bars and shops around. Without a doubt great, super friendly staff

We stayed at this hotel in April 2025, on a short 6 day break. The rooms were always clean, great breakfast, lovely to sit around the pool. On arrival I found the air conditioning control panel in the room was broken, I could not turn off the cold air at night. I reported it to reception, not hopeful it would be repaired before we left. But the replacement panel was ordered, and fitted the next morning! The ladies on reception were very friendly and helpful. The hotel location is very convenient if you want to travel into Palma, or surrounding resorts, with very good bus services, with the bus stops just outside the hotel. I was woken a couple of times in the early hours by men talking loud and other sounds outside the hotel (the taxi rank is close to the front of the hotel) but you can get that anywhere on holiday. I read a couple of negative reviews on here after returning home, but I am certain that they refer to when a previous manager was at the hotel. The manager during our stay was Melanie, and she certainly worked very hard to ensure that the hotel was well run for the benefit of the guests. We certainly thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Absolutely blown away by this adults only hotel. From the minute you arrive you are made to feel like part of their family. The staff are so friendly and helpful, they can’t do enough for you. The hotel is spotless and the rooms are serviced daily. Rooms are modern with everything you would need for your stay plus the air conditioning works perfect. Breakfast is served in the adjoining restaurant. Great selection of foods available. The pool is great, no need to worry about getting a sun lounger, hotel towels are also provided for the pool area. There is a well stocked bar for cocktails, beer and Cava all at reasonable prices. Perfect location, short walk over the road to the beach or a stroll up the road to the local bars and restaurants. You will not be disappointed in booking this hotel. I will definitely recommend this to my friends and family.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Everyone was so friendly and efficient. We had a problem with our door we reported it and it fixed immediately with no fuss. It was quiet and relaxing by the pool. The. Breakfast was good and drinks outside on the patio were reasonably priced and good quality. Even though it’s on a busy toad it wasn’t overly noisy . We would recommend and we will return

We were here for my mums 60th birthday. Absolutely fantastic hotel in a superb location. All the staff were super friendly but really have to call out the guy on reception - absolute credit to the hotel.

We just had 4 nights here , 14th June 25 I can honestly say I have only the best to say about this hotel .. the bubbles on arrival was a lovely touch The breakfast was amazing .. so much choice .. the drinks so reasonably priced I do like to try different areas , but we wil definitely be coming back .. Thank you
