Jutlandia Family Resort

Just got back from a lovely 7 days at Jutlandia. My wife and I along with our 2 children 17 and 12. I was pleasantly surprised at how good this hotel was. The staff were very friendly and accommodating from the moment we stepped in the hotel. The room was a good size for the 4 of us. There was a bedroom with 2 beds and 2 sofa beds for the kids in the main room. It had a small kitchen area with a fridge, microwave, toaster and kettle. As we were all inclusive we didn't use this other than for a few hot drinks. The shower was an ok size with decent pressure. The cleaning staff were there daily keeping everything clean and tidy. They were all very friendly and worked hard. The 3 buffet meals are served in the hotel (Plazamar) just across the road. I was very impressed with the food it was a lot better than I was expecting, there was always plenty of choice. The options changed slightly each day, but we never got bored of the options. Even my daughter who is a very fussy eater always found something to eat. I would say that if you were a vegetarian you might struggle as the dishes were heavy meat focused, but we all love our meat so wasn't an issue for us. If you didn't want to walk over to the other hotel the bar at Jutlandia served snacks between 10.00 and 18.00 these were things like hamburgers, hotdogs, pizza, onion rings, salads and toasted sandwiches. There is a large pool area with lots of sunbeds so no sunbed wars like at other hotels. The only issue we had here was the pool area doesn't open until 10.00 so therewas a bit of waiting around after breakfast before we could go down. Also it was closed at 18.30-19.00 which isn't too much of an issue this time of year when it's cooler, but could be annoying later in the year when you may want to carry on soaking up the late evening sun. The evening entertainment was OK we've had better, but definitely had worse. If was mostly focused around the younger children. The even shows were all very good, but a bit similar to each other. We started with the parrot show, but after that other than one day of Flamingo dancing the acts were pretty much the same as each other. The entertainment staff were very good and worked hard keeping the children entertained. The day time entertainment could do with being a bit more, there wasn't much of it other the to odd poolside game and a bit of bingo. I would definitely recommend Jutlandia to any family wanting a get away especially if you have younger children. We would 100% visit again.

This was my first solo trip just me and my daughter and this resort was perfect. The staff were so welcoming, friendly and attentive. The space and pool area are the ideal size and super safe for the kids to be indépendant and my daughter made so many friends. Big thank you to Carlos and Leonardo for warm, fun, caring and thoughtful kids activity throughout the day and evening. They truly elevated our stay and are a huge asset to the resort. Huge thanks all round!

My husband used to go to this complex when he was a small boy so we decided to check it out with our own kids. I'm glad we did, the hotel was lovely and clean. The rooms were cleaned almost every day and couldn't fault the place. The staff were all very welcoming and helpful. The entertainer was great with the kids and had something planned every day for them. The swimming pool opened at 10am and there was plenty of time to get organised and ready to get a sun lounger. There was plenty for everyone, even on really hot days. Food was amazing and great value for money. Beach, shops and small town is a 5 minute walk away. Cant wait to go again!

Great little family hotel. Good pool area. Kids splash area too. People have left inflatables for others which is good, just causes confusion when you take your own that you have bought and kids try and take it off your kids as they think its a shared one. Not sure how the hotel could manage this, maybe mark the shared ones.. Not much going on regarding the kids club. Great location close to shops/bars/restaurants and 5mins walk to beach. Also a mcdonalds (for anyone worried about food) Expensive for food within the hotel, we stayed self catering and ate there a few times, food was average, we were charged €4 for 2 slices of plain bread at breakfast when we decided to eat there. All inclusive is over the road in sister hotel, we went over and paid for 1 meal and was a good range and was really nice. But i think we would have got bored if it was repetative for 7nights. Plenty of decent food places in the area. Dont try the cocktails at hotel, they are expensive if not all inclusive and they werent very nice. The lad doing the day games and mini disco etc was fab, leo. However there was no mini disco on 2 nights during the week. Entertainment was average, few nights we left early as they werent particularly entertaining. Most staff friendly , theres a bag space to store bags if you arrive early or leave late, however people are free to walk in n out of it all day so make sure you have padlocks. If you want decent night life its about 10min walk to livelier bars.

We had a fantastic time. The all inclusive was great . Food was lovely and plenty of variety. brilliant place for the kids with lots of entertainment in the evening. All staff was very welcoming and friendly. Will definitely revisit. Location was great. 3 minutes walk to the beach and bars
