The attendants are friendly and helpful. The room was clean when we got there. The only thing I think needs improvement is the television in the room which was limited to one channel only. The display screen also is blinking. Also, the coffee I expected is brewed but they had 3-in-1 coffee pala. The longganisa breakfast meal with only 2pcs of longganisa on it. It seems a small portion for the price. I love that the control panel is on top of the bed for the lights and aircon. Also, it is easy to ask for assistance by using the telephone.

The service was good, the room is clean, there's hot water, wifi is pretty good too. Too bad we can't really use the TV to watch movies. Overall we enjoyed it.

I booked online, so that when we arrived the hotel must be ready but we are still waiting and c/in at 2:10, but still so disappointed b’coz when i checked the exhaust fan in toilet can’t working so that, we transfer another room and so waisted time… But still not good, the aircon so noisy because the cover already broke , and I complained twice and always said they checked , but nobody come at the room… We stay 4, nights … I have photos but why can’t post on your page🙄

The Wi-Fi was not working during our stay. I hope they can fix it soon so customers can fully enjoy their stay at the hotel. Despite that, we still enjoyed our stay and had a good experience overall.

You get what you pay for basically... bed, shower and AC. TV's need to be updated ... sound was awful and made watching uncomfortable. AC was very noisy in first room, got moved to 2 other rooms and finally found a room with a working AC that didnt sound like a 747 taking off. But overall satisfactory...the staff were amazing. Polite, accommodating and very friendly. They assisted quickly and reliably, looked to assist you with any issues that you brought up. 5/5 stars for staff.
