Easy and very sophisticated check in and overall process. Really simple with excellent use of app to control everything. The place shows a bit of its age but well maintained. Very close to beach access. We want to keep this little gem for ourselves!!!!

Room was nice and clean. The bed was comfortable and the pool was nice. Room smelt strong of cleaning supplies and cigarettes. One of the TVs in the room was broken. Outside had a lot of dead bugs. I did notice the inspection for the elevator was a year over due and there was another license or cert aswell. I understand if no one has put the new papers up yet but it is very concerning to see when you walk in. A couple minor issues we were also having was the guest portal was broken and we had to call because we were never sent our room number.

A really good place to stay if your trip is for enjoying the beaches. Middle point between Seaside and Destin so location it’s very convenient. Bathroom is clean, bed is comfortable, fully equipped kitchen and the communication with the staff was very clear. Thanks, we will love to come back

I did not get the room that was shown in the pictures. The noise kept waking me up all throughout the night. You can hear everything that was going on in the other room, you can hear people walking up and down the stairs. The room was warm the entire time even with blackout curtains. I won’t be returning.

The property was quite and convenient. Housekeeping was bad. Peanuts in floor and under couch. Wrong size sheets on bed (full on queen). Ended up going to Walmart and bought our own. 15 minutes into our stay Maintenence came and took the kitchen table previous guest broke. Never brought a replacement while we were there. Lamp at end of couch was broke as well. Never got a replacement on that either. The kitchen had plenty of silverware plates cups. Plenty of towels as well.

There are no staff anywhere - and finding our room was nearly impossible. We had to call the help desk to find it - there are no signs or directions ... the address that is given is the main office which is closed all the time. No instructions sent by email either. The building itself is ok - the room was clean and the fixtures new but not a very comfortable room - the TV wires were hanging off the wall and you could not see the TV from bed. The "kitchen" consisted of a 2 ring burner - a sink - microwave and fridge with no room for meal prep. We did not need to cook but for families who want to cook it would be very challenging. The only amenity was the pool which had one gate that did not work. Chairs and sofas were ok. We only had a 2 night stay so it was ok - we really only slept there - would not stay again. Location was good.

Exceeded my expectations! It was very neat and organized and all accommodations were on point, just what we needed.

GREAT SPOT! Perfect for small family with a full kitchen for cooking meals. Pool was a plus for this 'apartment' style condo. Maybe 3 minutes from the front door to the public beach parking.

Clean and functional property, didn’t get check in instructions until exactly 4:00 pm. Washer and dryer is supplied for washing beach clothes, but the dryer doesn’t get as hot so it takes a while.
