Entre os dias 25 e 27 de julho 2025, tive o privilégio de me hospedar na Pousada Belvedere da Serra e gostaria de expressar o quanto fiquei encantado com o acolhimento e a qualidade do serviço. Foi uma experiência simplesmente maravilhosa! Assim que chegamos, fomos carinhosamente recebidos pela dona da pousada, que nos impressionou com sua simpatia e atenção. Ela nos explicou com detalhes toda a dinâmica da pousada e nos acompanhou pessoalmente até o quarto, o que fez toda a diferença no acolhimento. A pousada proporciona um clima extremamente tranquilo, ideal para quem deseja descansar, o café da manhã incrível, com muita variedade e sabor e o quarto que ficamos era muito confortável. Quero destacar a vista única que se tem da propriedade. Já visitei várias pousadas na região, mas nada se compara ao cenário deslumbrante que a Belvedere da Serra oferece! Recomendo de olhos fechados para quem busca paz, hospitalidade e um pouquinho do paraíso na Serra do Cipó. Sem dúvidas, voltarei assim que possível! 💚

Quartos confortáveis e atendimento super atencioso. A vista é de perder o fôlego. Faz divisa com o parque. Café da manhã delicioso. Muito melhor almoçar e jantar na própria pousada, pois a comida é excelente.

Cheguei pouco mais de 2hs antes do check-in, e a dona da pousada simplesmente me barrou pra fora, no meio da estrada de terra, no sol escaldante, com mala. Ainda falou que se eu quisesse entrar e ficar na área comum, tinha que pagar 50% da diária, pra ela arrumar uma funcionária pra me atender, pq ela tinha outras coisas pra fazer. Absurdo e desumano! Nunca vi uma pousada ter tanto descaso com o cliente, até mesmo com o ser humano! E o pior é que eu já tinha pagado metade das diárias! A pior besteira que eu já fiz em viagem foi ter reservado nessa belvedere da serra, que tem que falir!

Pousada bem localizada, contato direto com proprietária Michelle muito fácil e rápido desde o primeiro ao último momento, café da manhã excelente e sempre tudo fresquinho, quarto com questões pontuais na TV (sem incomodo algum), wi-fi funcional, ponto alto a vista da pousada que é sensacional (ficamos sempre 1h tomando café apenas pela admiração da paisagem). Próximo à entrada do parque e pp cachoeiras, tendo Michelle nos dados muitas dicas valiosas. Voltaremos certamente.
