Outdated hotel, I was assigned a room on the ground floor and it was extremely mouldy - there was black mould in the bathroom, and all the wooden furniture smelled rotten, nothing was provided except two bathing towels, the breakfast was terrible,e and only has a two-hour window so not ideal for hikers.

Rooms clean, breakfast included (tasty and lots to choose from). Very nice service, when picking up the card I got information about the possibility of using the swimming pool, which I didn't even know about :) high standard for this price

This is a big hotel, with a pool, and a good size restaurant which is open to the public. The rooms are big and I had a balcony which was nice. There is a swimming pool. There was lots of wardrobe space. Nice size bathroom with bath, shower over. There was no safe, no Tea and Coffee making facilities, no Fridge. No Air Con, no Shower Cap, No toiletries as such. There was only one socket in my room! The restaurant was good, the food was good quality and reasonably priced. The breakfast room opened at 08.00 and it was so crowded, it was quite overwhelming. They get lots of group travel there, so why not open the restaurant a bit earlier and maybe some people would come early and alleviate the crowds that arrive at 08:00. I was due to leave the hotel at 09:00, so I had to go at 08:00 and the crowds were overwhelming. There was a good selection of food, both hot and cold, some fruit and pastries. The coffee however was not good, its bitter and tastes like it’s burnt!

This was a lovely stay, from our welcome at reception and throughout. The service was great, especially on the restaurant where we had a delicious pizza. The room was fantastic- we had a separate lounge and balcony - and it was spotlessly clean. We had very decent breakfasts with the nicest breads. We also enjoyed the bar and the laughing parrot. A great place to stay in Santana!

Loved the pool and hot tub, breakfast was generous and delicious. Can easily walk around town. Room was comfortable. As a solo traveler I felt safe. I had an ocean view with a little balcony. Was perfect.

I stayed here for two nights , 05 and 06th October 2024, whilst travelling solo as part of a group walking tour. Hotel has an old worldly charm. My room was large, immaculately clean, plenty of hot water. Breakfast was plentiful and of excellent quality. Small indoor swimming pool and gym, neither of which I used but looked to be in good state of repair.
