La estancia en este Hotel fue pésima, a la llegada no tenían conocimiento de nuestra reserva, con la excusa de que no conocían el operador Trip.com (lo que nos causo cierto desconsuelo por tener que buscar otro alojamiento), finalmente encontraron la reserva. Nos asignaron la habitación 104, en la planta baja, al lado de la zona de desayunos (tremendamente ruidosa), pero lo peor fue el estado del baño, la ducha tenía manchas de moho, y el estado del plato era lamentable, la cadena del sanitario echaba constantemente agua, el lavabo tenía un agujero donde se veía el desague. No recomiendo en absoluto a nadie esta experiencia.

Great stay for a break day after the Camino (apprx 900KM) before catching a flight to Madrid. Clean and closed to the cathedral and places to eat.

If we could give a zero star to this place, we would. This is one of the worst hotels er have ever been. We were in a room with nearly no light, in a corner with 2 streets, and with a horrible smell of moist and mould. The room was so outdated and there was no place to hang towels. I was drawn by the rustic flare of the hotel, but there was nothing «rustic» about it, but poorly maintained. A fire hazard with electrical outlets loose on the walls, a dangerous shower poorly atatched and paint falling out from the tiles. I can’t believe thay with good conscience date to charge the fares they do. Avoid this place!

Hotel is a lovely little oasis from the old town center, but still very close to all the "attractions". Comfortable and well-appointed, but most important, the staff is caring and helpful. My (young adult) son was not feeling well on the day of our check out but we had hours to explore before our flight. They generously allowed him to rest and recover in a quiet space for the bulk of the day, admitting us in and out to check on him, always with a smile. We were most grateful to be staying in such a place!

I had a very enjoyable stay. Carlos at the front desk is what made the place so inviting. He was very friendly and willing to help with everything. The shower didn't drain properly however the rain shower head was great and with such great customer service I would return.
