reception staff went out of the way to help us. recommending where to go and how to find bus and train connections to get there. helped with time tables as well. the bus for the airport and the train station stops outside the door, the adult fare is $1 so made travel cheap and very easy. food was of excellent quality and quantity. we were on half board basis. room clean ,bed excellent, no english tv stations. lovely bathroom.

We stayed in this hotel with our dog, who was provided with a mattress and bowls. Very quiet and convenient parking, clean and welcoming, we also had dinner in the restaurant. Breakfast is varied and plentiful.

We used this hotel for the night before catching an early flight from Santiago Airport. The hotel is simple but clean with spacious, clean rooms. Close to the airport (about a 10-minute drive) and also to the city center.

First time in Spain, and I ended up spending the night in the worst hotel in Spain, certainly. Uncomfortable beds not even a bottle of water in the room. Only 3 glasses in the bathroom for us to drink tap water. We booked half board and had to pay for the stay when checking in. I asked which dining room was which and if it was necessary to say anything since we were on half board, the lady at reception just told us which room it was and that we didn't need anything else. So when it was time for dinner, we went to the indicated room, gave my name and room number and the lady accompanied us to the table and gave us the menu to choose dinner. The next day when checking out, they asked me how I wanted to pay, to which I replied that I had already paid. The receptionist changed her mind and said that I had the dinner bill to pay an 80 euro bill for a hamburger and a veal chop. I told the lady that I had half board, to which she replied that I should have informed her. In other words, it's my first time at the hotel and they don't give me any information about anything. When I ask, they say that I just need to be directed to the dining room. It was the first and last time. Not to mention that the hotel is super far from everything, you have to go by car. Horrible.

Apparently a nice-looking hotel, but the bed leaves a lot to be desired; there are guesthouses with better sleep options. We asked them to resolve the problem, and they decided to move us to a different room. We appreciated the change, but when we closed the blinds at night, a piece of brick fell between the blinds and the window. The staff was very friendly.

It's not even a pension. On the second floor, you can hear the noise of the machines on the roof in every room. As for the bathroom, the toilets are faulty. At breakfast, if you want a bread other than sliced bread, they ask for an extra five euros.
