It is a nice and clean hotel. We are very impressed with the clean and the comfort and it’s in good location very convenient to go to shopping center and have a nice restaurants around. It’s highly recommend to stay in this hotel.

It is a relatively new high-end hotel in San Diego. The breakfast is OK, but the room facing the road is a bit noisy.

We arrived at the room at 1:00 a.m. and the heating was faulty. We called five times, and it took an hour for the technician to come, only to be told it was faulty. They also delayed moving us to the new room, which had a limited heating system, so it was cold and not warm enough. They also didn't have blankets in the room. They only removed the heating limit at 3:00 a.m. In short, besides the unpleasant experience and having to sleep covered with towels and clothes, I caught a cold. I also ordered breakfast to be delivered to the room at 11:00 a.m. It was 11:30, and it didn't arrive... a complete disaster. The worst part was that it was a way to celebrate my birthday. The gift was a terrible experience, a bad time, and a severe cold.

The room is clean and tidy, the location is good, the area is safe, the breakfast is rich, there are fruits, cereals, eggs, bacon, yogurt, juice, easy access, many restaurants around, high cost performance for business,

It was my first time in Chile. The trip to Santiago ended perfectly. The hotel was a good choice. I hope I will have the opportunity to come back again in the future. Come on!

The hotel is conveniently located and safe. It is a 10-minute walk to the mall, where there are various luxury counters such as LV and GUCCI, making shopping convenient. I can see the snow-capped mountains when I open the window of the room I stayed in. The service needs to be improved. On the fourth and fifth days of my stay, bath towels and floor towels were not provided in the room. In addition, there were few types of breakfast. There was nothing else except fruits and bread.

The water in the room has to be paid for... The breakfast is so-so. It seems that you need to take a taxi to eat around. You can see the snow-capped mountains and it is more than 10 minutes away from the airport. The free drinks next to the check-in are good

In my opinion, the price does not match the quality, for $150 per day the hotel does not offer free drinking water, no slippers, robes, all toiletries are for an additional fee. To get a higher floor, I waited until 3 pm to check in, but the view was directly on the neighboring house and nothing more. The breakfast is average. For this price, you can rent a hotel one level higher, and get the appropriate service and comfort. This hotel does not correspond to 5 stars! I do not recommend it.
