Good stay great location very clean

The reception staffs really need to be re-trained to be more friendly in their behaviour to foreigners. To me, they seems to be to "aloof" to be in the hospitality business.

The room was clean, but the water pressure in the bathroom was insufficient. The service is very good. The restaurant downstairs is delicious, but the breakfast has few varieties and is not as good as other hotels. I helped store my luggage for 2 days. Thank you very much.

The hotel is always correct in every way. The problem is the booking platform. They canceled my reservation without notifying me. I arrive at the hotel and they inform me that the reservation was cancelled. Luckily, the hotel staff is friendly and aware of the situation and respected the reservation as it was made. I would hesitate to make another family reservation on trip.com

It was good point ① Location, large supermarkets are close, and security is good. Shopping malls are also within walking distance. I didn't take the metro, but it's pretty close. (2) I could see the Andes well in front of me because I was assigned a room on a high floor with a good view. It was kept clean and there were no unpleasant spots. They also cleaned every day. ③ The staff responded relatively friendly when I asked for something. ④The microwave oven was placed in front of the elevator hall and could be used freely. Good service that other hotels don't have. I used it several times to warm things I bought at the supermarket. Points that caught my attention ①Breakfast, the taste is not good enough. Also, I wish the menu was a little more extensive. I've stayed at the hotel in the neighborhood many times, but I'm losing. (2) In the bathroom, when I took a shower, the water went to the washbasin, so it was troublesome to wipe off the water afterwards. If the partition at the bottom of the shower booth door is flat, accumulated water will flow out. ③I wanted to use the gym, but I had no idea where it was. Well, I didn't even ask the staff, but it would be nice if there was a guide for each floor in the elevator.
