The room was reasonable, and the breakfast didn’t have much variety but the location was great for someone that likes to walk around to visit!

I liked that the breakfast bread was warm and there was a wide variety of juices. They also made the bed every day.

Please note lightning protection room 410, which contains a huge air conditioner outdoor unit, making it almost impossible to sleep well at night. But the attitude of the housekeeping staff is pretty good and the cleaning is also very responsible.
Please note that the location of this hotel is not a very safe area. This is my first time coming to Chile. Almost all partners reminded me that the area near Plaza de Armas is not very safe and I need to pay attention to my mobile phone.

Dumpy, old hotel but has an excellent location, fairly inexpensive. Limited breakfast entrees. Reminded me of a hotel in the Cass Corridor of Detriot that smelled of "old". Staff were very nice and extremely helpful despite not much English spoken.

I liked this hotel a lot. The location is great and the staff were very friendly and helpful. They also spoke english which made things easier for me.
I arrived at night and the area was a littlecreepylooking, but when I came out in the morning I found myself in the middle of a bustling shopping area. There were shops and outdoor seating to eat and many venders. I felt very safe in this area and had many places to choose from to eat. The hotel is old and the pictures don't exactly match, but it's clean, it smells clean. My room was freshly painted and looked great in the sunlight.
One negative would be that my mattress was lumpy, but I would stay again.
