Pros: - Huge comfortable bed and modern room - Excellent and friendly service - Very good breakfast in a beautiful room - Nice building in a cool part of town and not too far from the airport Cons: - Although our room was on the 6th floor, it was very noisy because there is an open atrium which means all the noise from the lobby echos upwards. This is such a shame because the room was otherwise great but there is not much that can be done about it unless the architecture is changed!

The hotel was fabulous and the deco was very stylish. We had a great room which was very spacious, comfy bed and lovely bathroom which had an excellent shower. The hotel had a rooftop restaurant and bar which was a lovely spot for drinks and dinner. Breakfast and the service were spot on too. The hotel is centrally located close to Santa Lucia hill which provides great views of the city. There is also a cool neighbourhood close by which has lots of fab places to eat and drink.

Beautifully appointed modern hotel in an old mansion. A great combination of new and old architecture. Easy accessibility to many sites in Santiago. The staff are very friend. Rooms are modern, comfortable and clean. But the roof-deck bar, with it's food and drink selection, service and views, is worth the price of your stay.

Splendid charming hotel located in a central position. Rooms dont really have a view but they are large and beautiful. Breakfast was very good and the only disappointing part was the restaurant located on the terrasse. The terrasse itself is nice, but the food was disappointing. We ordered our steaks rare and they came well-done, and quality was not the greatest.

A boutique hotel located near Santa Lucia Hill, on a quiet street. The staff were friendly and helpful. One evening, when the restaurant was closed for dinner, they catered to our request for dinner (only 4 of us). Really appreciated their service. The room was modern and comfortable, a nice area for dressing after shower. Breakfast was adequate. However, they did not have my English Breakfast ( they ran out). Overall, is a comfortable hotel.

This hotel was a very wonderful surprise. It is in a remodeled older building and fits the term boutique hotel to a tee. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. We stayed two different times, once on our arrival in Chile and again several weeks later before our departure. When we arrived in mid-morning after an all night flight, we were able to check in early which allowed us to recover from the flight. Our departure from Chile was a late night flight and we were able to extend our stay to mid evening for a nominal cost. The hotel restaurant had an excellent breakfast with great coffee choices and the dinner menu, while not extensive, offered some nice choices that were very well prepared. The location (Bella Artes) was in the older part of Santiago, close to Plaza de Armas, the government center, and several museums, including the PreColumbian that I highly recommend. It is also adjacent to Santa Lucia hill, that is also worth visiting to understand its significance in Santiago's history and for views of the City.
