This is also a landscape hotel for watching the sunset. The surrounding area belongs to a deep resort area. There are snack restaurants and shopping shops above the stone steps, which are quite convenient. To go out, you need to walk or take a bus to connect to the town of Fira. I am very grateful to the two bellman who helped me carry my luggage when I took the room and checked out. Great people! 👍

Wow what an amazing place to stay! Fabulous views, stunning rooms and friendly service. Kelly was extremely helpful and responsive with any questions we had and Andreas works so hard up and down the many stairs helping guests what a superstar. The pool area is stylish and peaceful. You will not be disappointed if you choose to stay here.

This property is exquisite, and the staff is exemplary. I've made six attempts to leave a detailed review, yet it has been consistently rejected. Fortunately, I managed to share my experience on Google with all the necessary details. The hotel Manager, Kelly went out of her way to make us feel welcome and look after our needs.

We stayed here for 2 nights as the last stop on our honeymoon and had lovely accommodations. It’s a bit of a hike to get to, as with everything in Santorini, but the staff were wonderful in carrying our bags and leading the way. The rooms themselves were beautiful, cavernous in style, which provided that quintessential Santorini feel! Short walk to the main district with restaurants and bars - very convenient. Very comfortable beds. Breakfast is had out on the deck overlooking the caldera - beautiful way to start the day! Food wasn’t anything out of this world, but was a good breakfast. Staff were very kind and helpful - they arranged transportation for us out to Oia one day. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend.

I had contacted the hotel before we arrived regarding assistance with making a reservation for dinner for our 40th anniversary. They helped us pick a great restaurant and took care of the reservation for us. The staff was very helpful in suggesting things to do and places to go and everywhere they suggested was amazing. Our room was nice, not large, but nothing in Santorini is as everything is built into the cliffs. The hotel provided a lovely breakfast delivered to your room at the time you wanted it. The pedestrian walkway area provided lots of restaurants and shops. All the food was fabulous! Word of caution - we think Santorini translated means "Land of 1,000 Stairs"! EVERYTHING is up or down countless stairs and this and many other hotels were down many flights of stairs. Luckily, the hotels send porters up to street level to help with your bags, but if you can't do a lot of stairs, don't go to Santorini!

What an amazing experience visiting Santorini. Beautiful island and staying at this hotel made it that much better. Very tentative, knowledgeable and helpful staff. Available to help with any ask and provide recommendations. Very well kept and clean throughout. Love love love the view.

The rooms were nice and we were given fresh towels each day. The staff were friendly. The breakfast was pretty average - everything was headed up (ie: pancakes, waffles etc) so nothing was overly fresh. The eggs were the only thing cooked and only had the option of hard boiled. They were also out of stock of lots of the items we had ordered on our order slip the night before, and they often forgot to bring the items you ordered to your table so you needed to keep asking them. We had a room with the outdoor spa which was nice enough but the spa always had bugs and pollen debris floating in it and it didn’t get cleaned while we were there so it wasn’t that appealing to use. The beds were comfortable enough too. The best part about the accomodation was the views (wow) and the staff honouring our Covid-19 cancelled trip.

Beautiful location, close the beautiful walks and restaurants. Staff exceptional- do take their recommendations for restaurants- staff would make bookings arrange cars. A clean private pool with private bar. And a friendly ginger cat called Charlie occasionally says hello. Very clean everything you need, staff carry your bags (lots and of stairs- a must)
