The hotel housekeeping was average but lacking in security as there was no staff in attendance during my 4 days stay there. There was only a cleaning lady there during the morning fr 930am. But when we came back fr our daily outings at 2pm, there were not a soul.
We felt very unsafe as there was no staff around during the day or night.
Guests were left unsecured in an unmanned hotel premise day and over the night. Entrance to the hotel are easily accessible as there are nobody at the reception counter.
Will not recommend anyone to patronise such an irresponsible business premise.

I don’t regret booking this hotel. Although the hotel conditions are generally without elevators, the hotel is located in the town of Fira, a 5-minute walk from the bus terminal. You can take buses to the port, OIA, etc. When you go out and walk through the lively alleys, you will find the famous cliff walks and The cable car station in the old port is very convenient. Although breakfast is simple, there is a formal restaurant and service.

I chose this one simply because it was close to the bus stop, but there was no one at the front desk all day anyway. Luckily, the cleaning lady was cleaning and she gave me the key to an empty room and I was finally able to stay there. Breakfast was also arranged for a separate fee, but since there was no one at the hotel, I didn't talk to anyone, and even the 3 euro accommodation tax was not collected. The room was old and basic, and the shower was only slightly warm, but the water wasn't the right temperature. I would not recommend it at all, just because of the good location.

It’s just a simple training for one night and I don’t have much time to stay in a hotel, so it’s acceptable.
The toilet shower seat is very small
But the breakfast is very good. 5 series buffet, one English breakfast per person, coffee and juice.
