Beautiful hotel! Luxury! Highly recommend the private pool with your room! Immaculately clean in all locations. Rooms were spacious with everything you could need. Recommend the restaurant opposite the hotel!

We had the most relaxing holiday at this hotel. When we arrived, we were upgraded to the new spacious rooms closer to the beach. The room was well designed and we kept finding little designer touches throughout our stay. The bed was so comfortable and difficult to leave, but thankfully we paid for the excellent breakfast. Our room was kept spotlessly clean by the excellent Olga. The hotel had two excellent pools and as the hotel was not very busy, almost had one to ourselves in the afternoon. The walk to the beach was minuscule and the best sun loungers are reserved for hotel guests. The loungers are free but the drinks are not. Overall, an amazing stay and never felt more relaxed flying back to the UK after a holiday. We will definitely stay here again, without hesitation.

We spent our 15th Anniversary at the Anastasia Princess & could not have picked a more perfect place. Recently completed expansion down to the beach includes 3 new spacious suites with arched ceilings & outdoor private lounge chairs & plunge pools. Breakfast has an outdoor option & the bar is subtly chic and airy with outstanding cocktails (see: passion fruit mojito). Deep turquoise is the prominent color. Walk across the street to their loungers & umbrellas and enjoy beachside service. The staff is amazing, Emerald is an absolute All-Star & can arrange anything. Special thanks to Eric who took care of us on the beach. One of our favorite hotels & easily the best on Santorini.

Beautiful hotel we had the room with private pool. The room was very spacious, decor was lovely and the room was exceptionally clean. Privately run hotel so their customer service was fantastic, for breakfast they had a great choice something to suite and the dining area was quiet and relaxing. Few steps and your on the beach exclusive area cordoned off with sun loungers and cabanas. We had a fantastic stay would highly recommend

Just a fantastic stay! I have never felt so relaxed heading home from a holiday. Out check-in was under 10 mins, we received an upgrade to an amazing room with a better plunge pool. This is a family run hotel, so there is that personal touch, which was incredibly warm and friendly. It was not busy when we were there so plenty of subbed on the beach and around the pools, which were cleaned every day. Our room was cleaned perfectly and always had clean beach towels every day, by the lovely Olga. Loved this hotel and we will definitely go back, hopefully next year.

A fantastic hotel situated on the Perissa Black Beach in Santorini. This hotel is well worthy of recommendation. You will not be disappointed if you stay here. This is a family run hotel with great attention to detail, run by a family who care about what they provide. The staff are all friendly and courteous. It is absolutely individual and designed by them. The building, fixtures, fittings and furnishings are all high quality, pristine, beautiful and well chosen. We were booked into a Suite with plunge pool but were upgraded to an Executive suite with plunge pool on arrival, which was amazing. Everything in the hotel is immaculately clean and beautifully designed. The family are always there if you need them. Everything is cleaned to perfection and the gardens are constantly being maintained and upgraded. It is a great hotel in every respect. It has 2 swimming pools with plenty of sun beds and it’s own beach with sun beds, bean bags and cabanas with waiter service. There is also a BBQ area Gym and Spa facilities. Rooms have well fitted window shutters, air conditioning, TV with BBC world news, plenty of European plug sockets, a USB socket, numerous lights, tea/coffee making facilities, fridge and safe. Everything is beautifully decorated and clean. There are cleaning services every day and bath/beach towel changed regularly. Breakfast was varied and plentiful. It has both continental, English, pastries and savouries. There is both inside and outside seating available. Coffee from machines delivers great coffee and there is a bar providing good wine, beer and cocktails, particularly for the beach. The sunbeds around the pools are very thick and comfortable. The hotel is adult only, which we found a great advantage. It is certainly not a criticism, but the accessibility could be an issue if you have disabilities or if you have a wheelchair. There are some stairs to rooms and facilities, but these can be negotiated. The hotel is located facing onto the Black Beach, which means you can easily access the beach. The hotel has a private beach area for guests and paying visitors. You can walk to the best bars and restaurants in Perissa which are close by.

Great hotel in every aspect. 2 pools plenty of sunbeds and it’s own beach. Spotlessly clean and has fabulous staff. Can not fault in any way. Breakfast was varied and plentiful. Location means you can easily walk to the best bars and restaurants in Perissa.

The Anastasia Princess is a lovely well kept hotel. The staff are all friendly and courteous, everyone says hello and asks how you are. Breakfast is a great experience with a good choice of savoury and sweet, I particularly liked the tomato balls almost like a tomato bhaji and very fresh tasting. Emma is a real asset to the hotel and does everything she can to help and accommodate your needs. We stayed I rooms 032 and 033 right on the pool which was always kept spotless. Gabriella our house keeper for the week was always busy and cheerful and never seemed to stop working. We had several drinks in and around the pool and bar which were reasonably priced In fact same price as most if the restaurants and bars rather than being premium. We really enjoyed our stay and wouldn't hesitate to come back

Me and my boyfriend arrived late at night and had the nicest welcome from Emerald who greeted us right as we got off the shuttle bus. That greeting really made our holiday! She showed us to our room and we were very impressed by how gorgeous the hotel is, as we walked through two stunning pool areas to get to the room. Our room was incredible, spacious, clean, modern, stylish… we were definitely very impressed! We had dishes in our room with a kitchen sink and a mini fridge which suited us for having snacks in our room during the week. The breakfast was well worth it as there was the usual favourites but also special treats daily which changed every day….which I always had to try one of everything and were all very tasty! Emerald was incredibly helpful in telling us about the area and things to do. She organised our boat tour for us which was very helpful! We also loved that the hotel has their own private beach area which was stunning, along with a bar area with a waiter who serves to the beach as well as the two pool areas, it felt like such a luxury sipping a glass of wine beside the pool! Me and my boyfriend made use of the gym most days and it was very good with sufficient equipment for a good workout. Smith Machine (with cables on other side), bench, dumbbells, kettlebells, treadmill, assault bike, resistance bands…. So much to choose from! What made our stay exceptional was the lovely staff, lovely location and our lovely room. We definitely plan to go again sometime!
