Bad experience with the hotel - they do not offer assistance to not only carry luggages when there are so many steps, but do not bother to show us the way to the receptionist. All they do - is please walk down until you see the pool (there are many pools by the way). This is absurd when we are new to the place. In addition - we were told that throwing rubbish in the hotel room is not the hotel’s responsibility but they ended up doing it and say this is a favour from them. What poor hospitality from this hotel. If you are going to stay there for the view - it is still not worth it.

The hotel is right in the city center, just a five-minute walk to the fountain and church. There are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The butler service was also good, and the room was spacious, with a living room, a bedroom, and a balcony. The only downside was the elevator in this apartment building; it's very small, only fits two people, and it sways quite a bit when it starts, which was a bit unnerving. Crete is already a more remote part of Greece, so perhaps these are the typical conditions there.

I couldn’t attend the date of my booking because I one of my best friend to cancer. I pleaded with the hotel to chance the date to a different date, as I couldn’t travel on the dates I booked due to the funeral. Also, seeing that this was an unforeseen circumstances, I expected the hotel to be more considerate of my citation, but they declined and was very inhumane and didn’t change the dates or give me any refund. This is very inhumane to treat someone that was grieving in this way and they also never refunded my money back to me. I’m totally disappointed in them and I’m not sure if I’ll ever recommend them to someone else as they treated me the worse I’ve ever been treated.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and I can't express how delightful our experience was. From the moment I stepped in, I was greeted with warm smiles and genuine hospitality. Manolis and his team went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and memorable. The room was immaculate, well-appointed, and incredibly cozy, providing a perfect retreat after a long day of exploring. The attention to detail was remarkable, and I truly appreciated the little touches that made me feel right at home.
