The Jacuzzi is set in a comfortable 32 to 35 degrees prior to your arrival, to ensure a safe and smooth enjoyment while using it. In the event that the temperature is not to your preference, our dedicated maintenance team is always at your disposal to swiftly address your needs and make all necessary adjustments to ensure your absolute relaxation. Furthermore, your observations regarding your departure experience are genuinely appreciated. While we always do our utmost to accommodate late check-out requests whenever possible, as the service is subject to availability, we cannot guarantee it during periods of high occupancy. We also take into careful consideration your insights regarding the luggage service. On the morning of your departure, we make sure to place a courtesy call to ensure everything is to your satisfaction and to offer any assistance you may require like helping with your luggage.
