Almost everything was perfect 👌

We spent 6 days Easter holidays in Aressana. The location is great, right at the city centre, 2 minutes walk away from public bus station, and sunset viewing point just outside of the hotel. The staff are 5 star standard, friendly and helpful. We would like to return back in the future.

We booked 3 rooms there for a family of 7. Beautiful hotel. Room well maintained. Location is fantastic, at the starting point along the main pedestrian walkway that has a perfect sunset view. Staff were extremely helpful and and hospitable. They showed us our rooms and helped with the luggages. In my view, this is a super 5 star accommodation that I would recommend anyone visiting Santorini.

The hotel's exterior environment is pretty decent, but the interior is quite ordinary. The bathroom in the suite is tiny, almost pitiful. Breakfast was standard; the variety wasn't extensive. The breakfast at the Grand Hyatt Athens was much richer in comparison. The overall experience here really depended on the weather.

This hotel was exceptional in so many ways. The warm welcome which continued with excellent service throughout the entire stay, was unique. Staff were cordial, helpful and kind. The location was absolutely perfect! Within two minutes of the main shopping area, and yet we never had noise concerns nor felt over crowded. Food was amazing. Breakfast and dinner were varied with great choices including Greek delicacies. Room was spacious and clean, as was the rest of the hotel with decor which was aesthetically pleasing. We ran out of time for the spa, but its allure means that we shall visit it when we return. We had a brilliant stay and thank the hotel staff for this!
