The worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The owner is a couple of elderly people who cannot communicate in language. The experience of staying in is very bad.

Friendly, family run hotel, just a short walk from Perissa and Perivolos beaches. Easy access to other parts of the island by public transport. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again, highly recommended

Dirty bathroom with hair in it. The water feels like it is from the sea. Towels were smelling sea salt. Rusty bath cable. Noisy doors. We had the cheap one room. I believe if you choose more expensive ones it will be a better option for you. Disappointed

This is a bad hotel. There was a horrible stench, no receptionist except when we checked in. TV in one of the rooms didn’t work. Thankfully we only stayed there for 2 nights and were only there to sleep for an average of 5 hours per night. There is a reason why they don’t show you the rooms. Would never suggest this place to anyone even if you have a limited budget

We had a very bad experience here from day 1. We arrived at night it was very dark and spooky there. There was no proper professional receptionist there or staff, only poor old grandmother probably in her 90's, she helped with both our suitcases in the dark to our room we could not see nothing in the dark , the room stunk of cigarette smoke everywhere and in bedding too, I had asthma attack straight away I could not sleep all night we had to leave the doors and windows open all night in the cold so was frozen the next day. They seem to call their dining area A reception room which was dirty and untidy full of bed lining and a sewing machine. One of staff member Bill was very kind and helpful. The manager was friendly too but had communication problems. Greece is NOT for people who have mobility problems or difficulties in breathing . The roads are very very dangerous and have no pavements and have to walk through speeding traffic and watch over our shoulders all the time when passing. The hotel is refurbished old style the pool area is very nice with good service. You can see santorini in 4 days maximum

Had an amazing stay, the family and staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Had a choice of suite upon arrival, can’t fault the place. A choice of beaches; Perivolos and Perissa both within 15 minutes walk. I normally knock a star off of UK ratings but it’s only 2 star by their own admission. Personally it’s a 3 from me. Paraskeyas, Vasilis and Gianni worked tirelessly to get the hotel ready for the high season. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Dirty, outdated place, very rude son with no customer service skills on reception. Place is used as second home for extended members of the family. Did not turn up at airport for transfer so forced to pay for taxi. Made us change rooms with little explanation, suspect this was 'reserved' for family. No apology offered for transfer or changing rooms. New room had dead bird in aircon fan. Cleaner refused to wait 30 minutes to clean room whilst we were getting showered and changed, so did not bother cleaning at all. Swimming pool dirty and didn't see this being cleaned at all.

We booked an apartmant with two rooms. We slept with my husband in a room, which had one cupboard and a double bed, it’s ok. But in the other room slept 4 ladies , my mum and her friends . There was two double bed and She became only one blanket and towel per bed and there was’nt any cupboard. We booked for 6 person, so it was not so good. It’s true, that we Become other blankets and towels, when we ask for these. We became new sheets, blankets and towels all days, it’s ok. But all where dirty and disgusting, some of these where torn , too. We did’nt Dare to eat there, when we saw the kitchen,becouse it was dirty and messy, too. The younger mans in the staff where helpful and kind but the ladies where a little bit rude. It was very Cheap and Fortunately we didn’t became any infection but I think, I would pay more to an other place, where I must no afraid of it.

This hotel is a nightmare. After our arrival, the room we supposed to stay had unmade beds, dirty sheets and walls with stains. We were disappointed, so they "offered" us another room, barely decent. Walking through the structure we found dirty mattresses abandoned outdoor , sheets stocked in poor condition, the pool with “oily” water. And we've met guests complaining about dirty rooms, salt water leaking from the pipes, and frequently blackouts. For all these reasons we decided not to stay here. I suggest to avoid this hotel. Don’t trust their pictures on Booking.
