The staff in the hotel restaurant or pub who are super friendly If there is a pick up service in airport that will be much appreciated and I love the tub if u book the room with tub

The amenities and facilities were beautiful and very well-equipped. It was truly a lovely place to stay. My only disappointments were the difficult check-out process and the complete lack of response to my attempts to contact them. Also, be prepared to take a taxi to get to this hotel.

The omelets made fresh at breakfast were delicious. However, I arrived at the hotel late at night using the shuttle service. After settling the payment right outside my room, I had no idea how to get in or even how to check-in. So, I’d recommend arriving during reception hours.

An excellent place to relax; the staff is very attentive and always ready to help. Highly recommended location—I would undoubtedly stay at this hotel again.

Stayed in Aelia for 3 nights with my family and we enjoyed every bit of it. Staffs were nice and very helpful. The breakfast was really nice. I recommend this hotel to anyone planning to visit Santorini.

Nice hotel near to santorini Airport(10 min by cab). For those who dont have a car might need to call cab or walk around 1.1miles to reach Fira town centre. Food is really delicious and fleshly prepared. Staffs are really friendly especially Nicoll, George, Amalia and other staffs in kitchen(apologies forgot thir names).

The hospitality was great. Most staff are friendly and very helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. One of the cleaners gave us a Christmas gift! We had an enjoyable time to stay in the hotel.

This hotel is located in a remote area and is difficult to reach without a car. It takes about minutes to drive to the airport. The view is acceptable, with distant sea and pool views. The decoration is quite thoughtful, with a cave-like design In terms of service, to be honest, I was disappointed. When I booked the room, the platform showed that meals were included, but when I arrived at the hotel, they said that they didn't have any. It took me half a day to get a more reasonable solution. In terms of price, generally, there are better options for the same price.
