We visited this hotel during the Easter break. The facilities are very good: clean, modern, cozy. The spa is very nice: it features 3 different internal pools (one for little kids, another one for kids, and a big one for adults), and external pools, with all the typical water jets. The outdoor pool zone has a nice green lawn, and there also are two nice saunas. Everything was perfectly clean and functional. The big disappointment has been the food. We initially had half board, but we decided to go breakfast-only after our first day of stay. The buffet was very basic, and there was very little choice of meat and fish. Even during the breakfast we experienced shortages of basic stuff (croissants!) which were not promptly refilled by the staff. What's worse: we had breakfast at 10:00, and 3 days out of 4 we could eat no churros since... we were told they were finished. I'm afraid I just don't understand how a hotel can offer something such as this and not refill. It's definitely better, in my humble opinion, not to offer it at all instead of disappointing paying customers who have breakfast perfectly on time, as everybody else. I'm afraid that Eurostars has not lived up to its standards in this occasion.

As far as I know this hotel is rated as four stars, but it could have more. Everything is sleek, modern and very clean. The room I was given was big and comfortable, and it had beautiful views too. Beds were exceptional. There´s also a huge thermal area, you have to book an hour, it seems to be overcrowded always, specially at mid-afternoons, I guess one should ask first when is the best hour. The facilities are very good: huge, at good temperature... and a lot of jets, plus sauna and Turkish bath. There´s also heated swimming-pools outside with the usual things: jacuzzi, jets and so on, and a fantastic non-heated swimming-pool with an independent access. Breakfast was also outstanding, much better than in many five stars hotels. Staff was great: attentive, nice, professional. All in all, except a few really minor details -the access to the garage isn´t ideal, for instance-, this hotel is really outstanding, ideal if you are looking for a break in an area that is also very nice, with a beautiful scenery and full of many points of interest.

Nosotros fuimos dos noches con media pensión y acceso al club termal.La experiencia estuvo muy bien , es un buen hotel para relajarse y con buenas instalaciones , el desayuno y cena buffet está rico y el personal es encantador. Repetiría sin dudar.

Antes de seguir decir que llevamos viniendo a este hotel pues casi 20 años. Ésta última vez hemos notado un deterioro importante en el servicio y sobre todo en el personal. Han renovado casi todo el personal y a peor. En el Club Termal el personal de recepción es lento y poco resolutivo, en un año han subido el precio del club termal en cinco euros sin aportar nada a cambio porque ya que subes el precio pueden ocuparse mejor del número de personas que hay, de qué la gente no se zambulla en la piscina etc, etc...el club termal está convertido en una piscina municipal. El personal de recepción lo mismo. No funcionaba la caja fuerte, no funcionaba el aire acondicionado para el aire caliente...y ésta noche quise llamar al servicio de habitaciónes y el teléfono comunica continuamente y también el de recepción. Bajo a recepción y me dicen q que raro pq no hay registro de llamadas Además el hotel no tiene donde comer nada a medio día: ni servicio de habitaciónes, ni cafetería, ni restaurante, como es posible en un hotel de cuatro estrellas? El único que se salva del desastre es Fran de recepción, siempre genial. Nos estamos planteando si será ya el momento de cambiar.

Chegamos e fomos informados que teríamos de pagar para utilizar a piscina interior , que faz parte de um “circuito termal “ que cobra 23 eu por pessoa, portanto o hotel não inclui o uso da piscina interior para os seus hóspedes, tudo bem se tal estivesse bem explícito no site aquando da reserva. A televisão possui aplica a da Netflix que não funciona, e quando quis ligar uma cabo á mesma para usar a minha Netflix, a televisão está bloqueada para cabos externos. O hotel tem boas instalações , mas não possui um bar, nem restaurantes abertos nem se vê ninguém no mesmo. Ausência de decoração e de “vida” Uma péssima a relação qualidade preço. Mesmo em frente está um da mesma cadeia muito melhor que visitamos, sendo mais barato, o que não se explica. Pequeno almoço regular com produtos de qualidade mediana.

He estado a finales del mes de octubre en este hotel después de haber reservado dos noches a través de su página web con compromiso de pago a través de tarjeta de crédito. Igualmente, cuando llegamos al hotel para hacer el check-in me indican que debo pagar la estancia en ese momento. Por motivos personales debemos abandonar el hotel sin haber disfrutado de la segunda noche y ese mismo día de madrugada de forma automática me vuelven a cargar el importe de las dos noches de estancia. Después de un mes de estar día sí y día también reclamándoles por este motivo no me dan solución alguna, solo me dicen que no aparece el cobro por duplicado en ninguno de sus métodos de cobro, cuando además desde mi banco les corroboran que me han hecho dos veces el cargo. Lo único que recibo son solo buenas palabras y el compromiso de que como el no haber disfrutado de la segunda noche es un motivo justificado me darán un bono para que lo pueda usar en el futuro. Como digo, solo buenas palabras porque ni se ponen en contacto conmigo de nuevo hasta que yo les informo de que de manera automática se me ha devuelto el segundo cobro después de un mes ni recibo ningún bono. En definitiva, una gestión penosa y que desde luego no es la que se espera de un hotel de 4 estrellas.

Estuvimos 2 noches con alojamiento y desayuno. El primer día habíamos cogido entrada para el balneario, muy bien como siempre. La habitación bastante amplia para 3 adultos. El desayuno exquisito y variado. El día que llegamos era mi cumpleaños y, sin decir nada ni comentar nada en recepción, al poco rato de llegar, un trabajador del hotel nos trajo unos bombones y una cartulina de feliz cumpleaños. Un detalle a tener en cuenta. Opción excelente para unos días de descanso y desconexión.
