The hotel's facilities are a bit dated, but for a hotel that's over a decade old, it's incredibly well-maintained! We stayed for two nights, and after checking in, we realized there was an issue with the air conditioning. We contacted the front desk, and they immediately sent someone to help and even upgraded us to an executive room. Plus, the lobby staff were incredibly helpful and enthusiastic with our luggage and opening car doors during both check-in and check-out. Excellent service all around!

This stay exceeded my expectations, and I was extremely satisfied overall. The hotel environment was clean and comfortable, and the facilities were comprehensive. What really surprised me were the numerous, spacious, and clean swimming pools, perfect for both relaxation and exercise. My kids also had a fantastic time. The service was warm and attentive; both check-in and check-out were efficient. Any issues were promptly addressed, which made me feel very secure. The breakfast buffet offered a rich variety of options, both Chinese and Western, with fresh ingredients and good taste – I was very content every morning. The room was clean and tidy with excellent natural light, providing a quiet and comfortable stay. Overall, it offers great value for money, making it ideal for both family trips and vacations. I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit.

This was our first time staying at a family-friendly hotel, and the Crowne Plaza exceeded our expectations in terms of value for money. The room was perfect for two adults and two children, with all amenities conveniently accessible. We even received complimentary fruits and had access to other fun activities. The mini-fridge was stocked with free snacks, which was a huge bonus compared to other hotels. A special thank you to our personal assistant, May, for her thoughtful coordination and for helping us surprise our child with a birthday celebration. My only suggestion would be to add a few more hooks in the bathroom for hanging clothes, which would make changing easier.

I won't name any other hotels for comparison, haha. **Facilities:** The facilities are comprehensive. There are several pools that kept the kids entertained. Clean towels and free bottled water are available by the pools. They have a bubble show in the afternoon, which the kids enjoyed. It's very close to the beach, just a 5-minute walk. It's also convenient to rinse off after playing. The hotel stay was incredibly comfortable; the temperature was perfect, and the soundproofing was excellent. There are all sorts of activities for kids, including climbing structures, a craft area, a picture book corner, and a huge jungle adventure zone. You can book various activities for the kids daily, like pool games and dessert making – it's a real lifesaver for parents, haha. The breakfast buffet is incredibly lavish; I swear I gained weight every day! By the way, the hotel's dinner buffet is the best I've ever had. Every single dish is prepared with care! It's so abundant, and the ingredients are top-notch! Plus, while you eat, there are lovely singers performing, along with magic shows and face-changing performances. Highly recommend it! You absolutely must try the hotel's dinner buffet. **Cleanliness:** The staff members are exceptionally friendly, and they even collect trash twice a day. When we asked for extras, they were always eager and prompt to provide them. We stayed for 5 days, and our little rascals messed up the bed, so they changed the sheets 3 times – we're truly grateful! **Environment:** It's absolutely stunning and so picturesque, haha, I love it! Before checking out, I suggest taking a ride on the mini-train to get a good look around the hotel. My friends thought my casual photos were taken abroad, haha. **Service:** Jenny, who was in charge of our itinerary, always responded to my messages and requests promptly. She often refilled our mini-bar, and when we forgot a small gift for the kids, she even mailed it to us. Thank you! Wishing her all the best!
