I stayed here for a total of three nights during the May holiday. The location of the hotel is in close proximity to the beach and restaurants for food. There are restaurants at the hotel if you chose to stay in however the taste is quite average or almost bland in some cases. The room space is awesome, lovely view, expect the fixtures to be worn and in some cases broken. That was disappointing especially when they bath leaked every time it was used casing a minor flood. Despite that, the staff there were very helpful and courteous. Sherry, thanks for all the assistance you rendered whilst there, you certainly made the stay smoother.

I enjoyed my stat at this hotel. The location is right next to the bay and had a nice view from my hotel. The food was ok. They had variety of options. The room was a little small but still comfortable. The bed was super comfy. The staff was very helpful with helping us to find different locations with fun activities. The hotel is also close to beach and town area. There were nice restaurants which made traveling very convenient.

We stay seven nights in this hotel. There are many positive and negative experience during our stay.🤔 First, hotel is not in seaside don't thing it's near to the beach. You need drive for short time to reach xiadong hai or dadongha beaches and they don't provide shuttle.😲 Hotel view is marina and Sanya city center. They have nice bathtub on balcony. Outdoor pool is little hard to reach but ok. You need to go first floor from second floor loby and take stairs 3 floors up to pool. Biggest problem is, they close the pool so early, 5 pm. And how come they don't supply towels or other stuff on pool site. Normally other metropark hotels provide. They don't even play music or sell some drinks around pool. Second, breakfast variety is good as expected from Metropark hotel chain but it so crowded and there's no enough staff to maintance the open buffet, most times hard to find place to sit and you need to go other saloon where is little away and has just 20 percent of the real buffet and the saloon smells bad air.. Many times, hard to find milk, cups even forks. But there are olives 💛. You can also try their package dinner for two people it was delicious. Thirdly, when we booked seven days the hotel price was reasonable later it get more than double, they did not add two more days with same price we book-in. That was little rude. Front desk was saying, why don't you rent another hotel. So yeah they simply don't want you to stay.👎 And, some days we need to ask to tidy up or room otherwise they will not do it. Many times we call housekeeping to provide use clean towels and tidy up the room.👎 Now let's talk about the most critical side. Hotel is near the clubhouse and night there are some luxury cars horn all the night. You can't sleep while balcony doors are open since 2 am. Those cars horn all night to show up themselves. So if you want little peace don't rent this hotel.,👎 Overall, I can't say the hotel experience is not🚫🚫🚫🚫🚫 worth it's price. I would rent another hotel near seaside but without breakfast and I could enjoy many shops around beach and have breakfast, lunch, dinner etc.

This hotel was lovely, the view was amazing it’s right next to the ocean. I could see the ocean from my bed it was so nice and it had a lovely balcony where you could hear the ocean waves at night it was so nice. I didn’t much like the breakfast though and it’s also next to the helicopter sightseeing place so it’s gets a little noisy during the day.

This trip to Sanya, I checked the travel photography and saw this fairy-level smart hotel. I decided to check in and experience it. It's really amazing. The experience of staying in the fruit is great value, the environment is very beautiful, the room is very clean, there is a very cute little degree, you can control the lights, air conditioning, TV, curtains. Lying on a comfortable mattress, voice control is simply love! When I checked in, the lady at the front desk spoke softly, very politely, I had a suitcase, and the security guard took the initiative to ask me if I needed help. I really want to bring my sisters to experience it next time. There is a self-service laundry room on the second floor, which just meets the inconvenience of my business trip. There are carpets on the floors, and the silence also feels very private. I love the makeup mirror in the room. Newly renovated rooms, clean big beds, extremely good hygiene, I can't pick anything out of my little cleanliness, and I can't say anything about the must-choice hotel in Sanya city next time.

I had a great time having breakfast every day. The people in the hotel were also very nice and proactive in serving me. The two sisters who cleaned the guest rooms were also very kind. I celebrated my birthday alone in the hotel. I shared my cake with the ladies at the front desk and the concierge. The lady at the front desk also gave me a shell bracelet in return. I loved it! ! ! Just outside the door is a bustling area, across the road is the nucleic acid site, and you can get off the No. 8 bus from the airport and walk a hundred or two hundred meters to get there! Auntie also cleans every day. Just outside is Hongzhou Community. Not far from Dadonghai. Because we rented a battery car, it only takes 5-7 minutes to get to the beach. If you want to print a document, there is a print shop downstairs on Guohe East Road.

Stayed 3 nights here. Checking in was efficient and we also communicated with staff Wendy if we had any queries. She was fast and polite in responding to us. We booked a cozy king room. Some of our view was obstructed by some construction works going on next to our hotel so its recommended to upgrade to a better room if you want full sea view! Overall was a good and happy stay. Convenient to the night market and a mall but had to do some walking. Not very near to the beach, need some walking :) We also enjoyed the simple afternoon tea provided complimentary by the hotel.
