The hotel room we booked was having most beautiful sea views I ever experienced,
Hotel, swimming pool, restaurants and private beach were clean, and user friendly, the hotel staff were helpful, kind and polite, the most elegant staff member named Evelyn(陈小慧） helped me to get birthday cake for my partner and kept it until 12am, waited until I came to pick it up. While checking out she greeted us with some souvenirs.
It was a most pleasant and memorable stay at Jinsha hotel.

A very classy, nicely-run hotel. Everything was quite clean. A varied and high-quality breakfast is provided in the morning (I particularly enjoyed the coffee). The swimming pool is beautiful and clean. The views both from the room and the pool were lovely. And the staff were friendly (the two housekeepers who took care of us were especially sweet). A great place from which to enjoy Sanya!

It’s very convenient property indeed at Tianya district , everything is okay . The room is very clean nice balcony view and the atmosphere is really great there . Swimming pool is very clean but the gym is very poor, breakfast was quite good I really enjoyed my stay there much and hope to return back with family again .

Well, it’s a typical Chinese Hotel. It’s massive. It’s old and really not well maintained. The carpets in the corridor are dirty and there’s smell of mould everywhere. It rained one day, the ceilings were leaking, so they placed buckets everywhere. I guess for me the shocker was the restaurant being flooded. Water was ankle deep, but the local guests weren’t bothered by it.

Nice and quite area, private entrance to the beach, and close to the local attractions and eateries. On the beach and in our room, could see the Guan-Yi.
Friendly and helpful staff, patiently got us a taxis on New Year eve. After 3 months of traveling in Asia, this was our most relaxing stay.
