I booked a villa a private pool for 2 nights and paid for it, but they canceled my booking with rediculous reason, which they couldn’t contact me. However, they apologized and solved the problem offering more amenities for 2 days and moved us to a better villa with a pool in 2nd night. But first night’s villa was not good. Second villa was gorgeous, we enjoyed our stay.

Some people say that "listening to the rain, drinking tea, enjoying flowers, and burning incense" are the four elegant things in life, so here we can easily experience three of them. This is my second time staying at the Shanhai Mingyuan Hotel. What's different is that this time I brought my parents with me, and with the help of my family, I have gained a variety of beautiful and comfortable experiences. The same thing is the consistent high-quality service. Thank you to 何芸, Mark, and 霞妹, and I look forward to seeing you all again next time.

Great place to hang out and relax. Very quiet and peaceful. A quick 5 minute shuttle to the main town or beach has easy access. Great place to stay with a few people. Shuttle service until 10pm is outstanding. Will visit again soon.

The villa is in a good location within a secure gated compound. The environment is clean and well kept. The villa has all necessary facilities to make you feel at home including a fully equipped kitchen and laundry facilities and of course a good sized and well maintained private swimming pool. Downtown Sanya and Yalong Bay are easily reached by local taxi.
Overall the villa can be recommended and represents good value for money. Special thanks is due to Mr Ren Jian the local customer service representative who was always available to provide advice or sort out any minor issues. A very enjoyable stay.

The stay started off a bit rough because our room wasn’t ready but things turned around pretty quick ,It’s a nice gated community and very quiet and peaceful. Their services where great and they even took us wherever we wanted to go. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Sanya.

Very good!! The room is very big and clean, and it is located in a green community. There are special cars to pick you up and drop you off. The housekeeper will also create a WeChat group to ensure the needs of travelers. All kinds of problems can be solved in time in the group. There is a pick-up and drop-off service within 6 kilometers every day. It is really comfortable. It feels like living in a forest. There are green views outside the window, and I am woken up by the sound of birds in the morning.
