不虧是紅樹林，雖然開業時間比較早，硬件設施略顯陳舊，但大品牌還是值得推薦，當天晚上 12 點左右才辦理了入住，訂了個高層雙床房，結果進屋發現是大床房改的，床頭頂就是插座，不是很滿意，當時説沒有房間了，前台小夥子給我換了個低樓層的大床房，送了果盤兒，答應了第二天有房間直接換房，整體服務流程看似是沒問題，因為太晚了帶着孩子，我也就沒較勁。客房服務都很不錯，還會致電詢問是否需要打掃房間。我自費 69 元吃了一頓菩提酒店的早餐，中西南北種類很多，味道中規中矩，值得一提的是…怎麼高檔酒店的早餐餐具用的是仿瓷的或者是 PP 的，反正除了咖啡杯都不是瓷的，很差勁，很意外!!!∑（ﾟДﾟﾉ）ﾉ

賓客關係部Jessica積極服務，回覆及時，酒店商業發達，小吃街，商業街很方便，入住滿意。酒店的前台、禮賓、擺渡車司機、機場大巴司機都很好，這次出行媽媽身體有點不舒服，酒店的工作人員都給了很大的幫忙👍

此行臨時訂的酒店，但是非常好，房間大，陽台還能看點大海，周圍交通也比較方便，酒店裡麪就能逛一天，因為颱風關門，沒辦法，開車自駕在市內非常值得推薦，價格也不貴，下次來在離開之前一定再住幾天，離機場也不遠

大晚上12點回去沒熱水，讓等維修的過來，協商後答應換了個房，第二間浴間對外的玻璃簾拉不下來，又換一間，第三件還是個套房，室內門鎖壞的沒法錢上鎖，電話還是壞的，酒店太老設施老化長時間無維修，房間挺大有種不舒服的感覺，能不住儘量別住。如果不是大半夜的，果斷換地，避雷避雷。
