Best place for you and your family in Sanya at least stay for 4 nights or more you will enjoy, also I want to tell you that Miss Zhang is the best hospitality in Buddha tower , the rooms are clean as pictures the. View wonderful the facilitates all available swimming pool amazing every thing perfect 10/10 rate them

Very nice and big bedroom with good staff. Sanya railway station is about less than 10 minutes by taxi.

The hotel from which due to its price and some other reviews we expected the least, turned out to be the best to a point that if we ever decide to go back to Sanya it would probably be one of our top choices. We only booked for one night before our early morning flight but it turned out to be a very positive surprise. Mangrove resort is a set of separate towers making a circle inside of which is a water park and a lot of bars, shops and restaurants. Each tower has its own pools, which in case of Buddha Tower were located on the third floor terrace and were quite decent although I guess in peak times they might feel too small for all the rooms in the tower. Still when we used it, it was more than okay. The rooms are a bit old, shower door is creaking like it has serious arthritis, but overall it was a good and very functional room with a nice view of the pool, water park and the inner courtyard. High point of this place is that it feels like you and your kids could do something here for days. Bars, restaurants, live music, pottery workshop, a really cool dinosaur museum, water park, art workshops and probably more we haven't even discovered are all inside the resort's area.

I recently traveled solo to Hainan and had a wonderful stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. My room was spacious with a large bathtub and offered a stunning view. As a foreigner, navigating without Google Maps can be challenging, but the hotel staff, particularly Perou Zhang, were incredibly helpful. She assisted me with hotel facilities, booked the shuttle for me, and recommended nearby tourist spots. Her excellent English and friendly demeanor made my stay absolutely perfect. I highly recommend this hotel for their outstanding service and hospitality.

Staff were friendly. Room were huge Location ain't in the center of the town but doesn't matter. There was some good restaurant and supermarket near by. 5 mins taxi away to night market 👌🏼

Once in lifetime Hotel !! I am staying in good hotels in many countries dozens of times a year. The Mangrove Hotel here provides a pleasant and comfortable environment within an hour of check-in. I don't say When you come to Sanya, you have to stay at this hotel. You have to come to Sanya in order to stay at this hotel. I was at Mangrove Tree Resort World Sanya Bay (Buddha Tower).

My Chinese is not good but I could enjoy the stay by the support of the staff who speaks English, named Perou. But basically most of visitors are Chinese so if you couldn't speak Chinese at all then the stay at Sanya will be tough. The view from the room was nice but until late night the Karaoke voice from the garden came into the room, since in the garden there are several restaurants or bars. Basically I satisfied the stay at this hotel. I think the restaurant out side of hotel is better.

We had a lovely stay and my little daughter enjoyed a lot. I would like to thank Perou Zhang for being a great host. Will stay here again when I visit Sanya.

The hotel is a complete package for family vacation, whole mangrove complex is equipped with water park (mini), shopping complex (mini but with ample of good choices), multiple restaurants, and is architected with a vibrant ambiance. The hotel itself is neither old nor modern, but its service and amenities were excellent to make our stay comfortable and memorable. The room was super spacious as my child enjoyed running and playing here and there, and the view of mangrove property from the balcony is "wow". Many thanks to Ms Perou and intern Rohan, who took good care and concern for us, will definitely stay here if I come to Sanya again.

I would give 4 starts on everything. There is really nothing higher than 4 nor lower than 4. The package trip.com offered was really enjoyable, thanks for that! Communicating receptionists was little bit difficult due to they have no English.

The hotel is very beautiful environment, staffs are friendly and speak english well, many own restaurants with different selections, inhouse water park is amazing. Really want to notice that I view was wonderful. I want to special thank you miss Perou for her very supportive attitude❤️❤️❤️.

The Resort was much better than I expected. The room was HUGE. It has a shower and a massive bathtub, and even a balcony. There’s a mini mall in the resort with all the brands like H&M, Nike, Adidas, Puma, and other clothing brands. There’s a great food street. There’s also Lawson, Starbucks, KFC and Subway on site. The housekeeping was fantastic. I am so impressed by the housekeeping. I’ll definitely come back here again.

My experience with the hotel was so awesome,the environment is very friendly and convenient and I enjoyed,their workers they are very friendly and take good care of the customers,I got a chance to be treated well by one of the most amazing lady her name is perou ,she is so sweet and have good customer service care ,the hotel is actually a good place .
