This hotel is located in the heart of Dadonghai, within walking distance to the beach and surrounded by various dining options. It's an older apartment complex, but the room maintenance is surprisingly excellent. The room itself is very spacious with abundant natural light, and almost every room offers a sea view. All amenities and equipment are readily available and, more importantly, they are all in good working order. While it might not have the luxurious feel of a five-star hotel, it's definitely a highly cost-effective choice for families traveling together. There are plenty of parking spaces downstairs; even if you return late at night and the surface parking is full, the underground garage has ample parking, so you never have to worry about finding a spot. The check-in and check-out process was also seamless. Highly recommended!

The owner upgraded me to a full sea-view room because the one I originally booked was under renovation. The room was spacious and very clean, with three bedrooms, each having a window. It wasn't damp, ventilation was excellent, and there were no mosquitoes or bugs. It was also very quiet at night, making for a very comfortable stay. The room faced the sea directly, with a huge balcony, so I could see the ocean as soon as I woke up. It was super convenient to just walk a few steps downstairs to the beach. Delivery food was also very easy and came right to the door. Overall, it was excellent, and I'd definitely come back again if I have the chance.

This guesthouse is right in the heart of Dadonghai, which is very convenient. However, with that convenience comes a lot of traffic getting in and out, crowds of people, and the noise from the beach at night. If you prefer quiet, this might not be for you. They upgraded my room, and every room faces the sea. Waking up in the morning and coming back from outside always feels refreshing. The parking spaces in the complex are very spacious, and parking is free, which is a great bonus.

Pet-friendly with a very spacious and bright living room offering a great sea view. All three bedrooms have balconies, and the bathrooms are very clean and well-maintained. The customer service was excellent; any issues were resolved quickly when contacted directly. We had a very comfortable stay. There are plenty of parking spaces within the complex, making it ideal for self-driving families or friends traveling together.
