Sanya Coconut Sea Time Sea View Holiday Apartment Reviews

This guesthouse is right in the heart of Dadonghai, which is very convenient. However, with that convenience comes a lot of traffic getting in and out, crowds of people, and the noise from the beach at night. If you prefer quiet, this might not be for you. They upgraded my room, and every room faces the sea. Waking up in the morning and coming back from outside always feels refreshing. The parking spaces in the complex are very spacious, and parking is free, which is a great bonus.

I don't know who writes the 10-point reviews, but I'll write one since I have something to compare it to. The girl who met us first checked us in and then showed us around (usually it's the other way around in China apartments). The condition of the apartment is as shown in the photos, no comments here. The curtains are dusty and dirty. If you are allergic to dust, it will thrive here. My phone turned off, so the landladies wrote to me via the app (not ViChat) — silence. She mostly responds on ViChat.

The apartment inside was clean and tidy, and there was no cigratte odour as requested. They even provided toothbrush, toothpaste, comb, boadywash etc. The view of the ocean was great too!

The service was the best I've ever received from any hotel in the world. Very kind and gave exact locations of places I wanted to go. I stayed there 5 nights and they got a car to take me to my next stay at s different hotel 17 km away and they paid the service. I forgot a few items she they delivered them to me within 90 minutes. Right on the heart of the city with many restaurants and small shops in walking distance the view from the apartment was outstanding. I will stay there again.

Pet-friendly with a very spacious and bright living room offering a great sea view. All three bedrooms have balconies, and the bathrooms are very clean and well-maintained. The customer service was excellent; any issues were resolved quickly when contacted directly. We had a very comfortable stay. There are plenty of parking spaces within the complex, making it ideal for self-driving families or friends traveling together.

We spend a wonderful time in this apartment with friends. Cost, warm and kind host 🥰 Everything is near. When I’ll come next time i stay for sure here again. View on the sea amazing

I was in town for a conference and after much deliberation, I chose this guesthouse. It's affordable, and while the room isn't brand new, the owner keeps it spotlessly clean and very cozy. You can see the ocean from both the bedroom and the living room! The kitchen is fully stocked with utensils, and ordering takeout is super convenient. Getting around is a breeze; it's just a 2-minute walk to Dadonghai Beach, and in the evenings, there are plenty of restaurants, bars, and cafes nearby.

This place is perfect for a family trip, especially if you're traveling with parents and kids. The rooms are clean and tidy, and they have everything you might need. There's plenty of parking available in the complex, and the owner is very responsive to messages. Everything was just right. My dad was especially pleased, and we'll definitely choose to stay here again next time we visit.

The sea-view room is incredibly close, the elevator saves time and effort, the facilities are complete, and you can enjoy delicious food right downstairs!

Great location, very close to Dadonghai. A small gate leads directly to Dadonghai beach. The room is very spacious, and the balcony offers beautiful views. In addition to the two regular bedrooms, there's also a small alcove that can accommodate one person.

Having stayed in many disappointing hotels on my numerous trips, I spent ages researching and reading reviews until my head spun before finally settling on Coconut Sea Time. This was my first time staying in an apartment, and I was so lucky! The apartment was clean, hygienic, and the furnishings were new. It was much more spacious and convenient than a hotel, and most importantly, there was absolutely no strange smell. You could even see the sea from the side. Two details really stood out: 1. My family has sensitive skin, and we often get itchy from hotel bedding. The duvet at Coconut Sea Time was dry and comfortable, and we slept wonderfully. 2. When I used the clothes drying rack on the balcony, I wiped it with a face towel, and it was absolutely spotless. It truly shows that details make all the difference, and all those glowing reviews are well-deserved. The two young women who checked us in were also very attentive and responsible. Next time I visit, I won't need to do any research; I'll just come straight here. —Right now, I'm lying in a hotel bed in Wanning, smelling the musty air as I write this review. 🤣🤣🤣

The host upgraded our room to a sea-view room with an amazing view, which was absolutely stunning. It offered great value for money. The decor was also bright and clean, very aesthetically pleasing. The host's service attitude was excellent, very warm and welcoming. They even helped us store our luggage early and carried it to our room. I would definitely stay here again next time.

Huge thanks to the owner for generously upgrading our room! It was amazing for two of us to stay in a three-bedroom, two-living room, two-bathroom apartment with 180-degree sea views 😄. The room was spotlessly clean, and we made good use of the fridge, washing machine, and drying rack – it really felt like a fully equipped home. The beach was just a few minutes' walk out the back door, and the main street with shops was a few minutes out the front door, making everything incredibly convenient. All in all, fantastic value for money!

I definitely have to give this a good review! This was my first time in Sanya with my family, and it was absolutely perfect. The scenery depends on the weather, but it was fantastic. The butler was incredibly responsive to all our requests, even providing extra swimming rings when we needed more. Swimming at Dadonghai was so much fun, and ordering takeout was super convenient. Plus, they're pet-friendly, which is incredibly rare and a huge bonus! We'll definitely be back next time.
