The room's sea view is stunning, and you can watch the sunset from the balcony. The staff are attentive and enthusiastic. The location is convenient for getting around, and the kids' club is large enough to keep children entertained. The room is spacious, making it a great choice for family trips. We had a fantastic stay and this will be our top choice for future visits.

Jason provided great service, promptly addressing and arranging anything we needed. The kids' club is huge, and the hotel is conveniently located in Sanya city with excellent amenities. However, I feel the cleanliness could be improved.

The hotel's location is excellent, with good proximity to all the attractions. For families with kids, it's super convenient that the hotel offers a free shuttle bus to the duty-free shop when you visit the Atlantis Aquarium, and then brings you back after a fun day. We booked a room with breakfast included, which was a great mix of Chinese and Western options. The DIY Hainan rice noodles were particularly good – I had a bowl every day! There were also rice, meat, and vegetables, and breakfast was served until noon, so it was perfect for a late start, combining breakfast and lunch. What my child enjoyed the most was the family-friendly play area; they had a blast every day, and we adults had a great time too. It would be even better if there was a childcare service available.

This hotel is the top choice for families with kids! We stayed for 2 days and spent both days at the kids' club. My little girl was so reluctant to leave and kept asking to come back here next time! The castle-like kids' club is absolutely enchanting, and the staff are warm and attentive. The hotel facilities are new and very clean, and the dinner offered good value for money with great taste!

The room was incredibly spacious with a fantastic view. Our butler arranged a high-floor room for us, and the scenery from the balcony was absolutely stunning. We rented a scooter and rode along Coconut Dream Corridor, and when we got tired, we'd stop to collect seashells. It was such a relaxing and comfortable experience.

When I first arrived, it was raining in Sanya and the room was a bit humid. However, the butler arranged for a dehumidifier, and once the weather cleared up, the room felt much better. 👍 Room cleaning was timely, and any requests could be arranged through the butler. The hotel is quite close to the night market, offering a good variety of snacks. Right across from the hotel, there's a Lanzhou Lamian (hand-pulled noodle) restaurant, which is great for guests who enjoy noodle dishes. 😘 The kids' play area looks good, but I don't have kids yet, so I'll save that for later. 😂 The hotel pool is also nice, clean, and the temperature is just right.

The hotel reception assigned me a room with mold on the walls. The smell was very strong when I entered the room. I had to wait a long time after calling to get a room change, and there was no explanation or apology. The service attitude was poor. For such a large star-rated hotel, it's unacceptable to offer guests a room like this. I hope the hotel improves in this area in the future.

The hotel is surrounded by great amenities, and the service is excellent. The butler service was particularly warm and patient, answering many of our questions. The Hainanese-style buffet offers a good variety, though taste is subjective.
