設施齊全，服務周到，空間寬敞，上下兩層卧室，互不打擾，餐廳也夠大，可温馨小聚，切實感受別墅小院的感覺。重點説游泳池，非常大，水質好，孩子玩得很開心。空調也很給力。最後，注意多措並舉防護蚊蟲！周圍安靜！

首先進去感覺各方面比想象中要好的很多很乾凈，所有的床單被罩和五星級酒店差不多，有兩個房間和朋友一起來感覺很划算，有個泳池，孩子們也可以在裏面玩耍，民宿的老闆服務特別好，我給孩子過生日，幫我拿了很多桌椅板凳可以讓朋友們一起玩，我自己忘了帶木炭民宿老闆也幫我可以提供，最後也沒讓我付錢，給一個大大的贊

這個民宿在土福灣最大最高檔的小區福灣1號裏面，小區環境很好，綠化很好，安靜舒適，還有游泳池。推開門的第一眼就很驚艷，房間很乾凈，大家看圖片，裝修風格很喜歡，老闆很有眼光，設備很新。還有廚房可以做飯，設備齊全。買菜去外面超市也很方便，民宿還有自己的小餐廳可以點菜。工作人員小李還去上家接我們，態度謙和有禮，讓人很舒服，感覺物超所值，住之前擔心的踩雷一點都沒有。陽台超大，小區綠化很好。

這回在陵水海棠福灣，入住了海濤民宿，確實有非常不一般的休閑度假體驗。先説大環境，沒想到陵水海棠福灣的沙灘如此宜人，乾淨清凈且平靜，遊客不多，水質優良，沙灘細膩，基本沒有風浪，極度適合帶着小朋友臨海玩耍，視野開闊，景色好，有興趣的朋友還可以“趕海”，確實別有情趣；再説入住情況，這個海棠福灣海濤民宿，位置好，距離海灘近，散步十分鐘即到，住的別墅，非常適合組團和帶小朋友來度假的人羣，房間大，床鋪條件好，整理乾淨衞生，家居配套設施齊全，可做飯（其實海濤民宿也提供飲食，説實話，吃了幾頓，這廚師水平真不錯，飯菜可口，起碼二級廚師水平），別墅還有自己的小泳池，非常適合小朋友戲水，老闆也很熱情，服務細緻到位。總體來説，這回陵水旅遊，選擇入住海棠福灣的海濤民宿，確實物超所值，度假體會拉滿，簡單寫一下，與大家分享。[憨笑]

在陵水選擇入住海棠福灣海濤民宿，是我這次自駕東線住的最好酒店，距離海邊散步十分鐘即到，住的別墅房，特別推薦、非常適合組團和帶小朋友來度假的人羣，房間大，床鋪條件好，整理乾淨衞生，家居配套設施齊全，可做飯。老闆也很熱情，服務細緻到位。住的非常開心[呲牙]特別是躺在床上就可以看到游泳池特別開心

春節初六入住，價格九字頭可以理解，但是服務和設施對不起這個價格，早餐説好截止九點半，九點十五去了就沒有了，這麼偏的地方，想換一家都沒地方。不會再來了。還有，不知道把浴缸裝陽台上怎麼個意思，沒有遮擋。

民宿師傅態度很好把我們從亞龍灣接過來，1點多到小區保潔還沒打掃出來房間，於是進屋幫忙打掃，看到保潔在洗碗池裡洗拖布，非常無語！這是洗菜做飯的地方，如果沒有看見真的不敢想象！晚上睡覺時半夜突然卧室的燈罩掉下來砸到了小腿，幸好砸到的不是孩子，噴了雲南白葯三天後好多了。
雖然老闆的態度挺好，説會處理，説阿姨擦燈罩所以鬆動，但是真的很牽強！民宿更多靠口碑，如果管理跟不上相信生意肯定越做越差，總之下次不會再來，失望至極！

房間特別贊，小朋友特別喜歡陽台浴缸，泡了一晚和一上午不出來，海灘也特別棒，海灘可以看夕陽，沙灘特別細膩，小朋友光腳在海里游泳，海灘很適合游泳，人不算多，比較清凈舒適。老闆家的飯菜味道可口，分量足，價格不貴。也可以自己做飯。老闆熱情周到，有求必應，而且看我們帶小孩行李多，幫忙抱睡着的孩子，還送我們上車，特別感謝老闆，有一種家人的親切。祝福老闆生意興隆。帥氣的金毛乖狗狗阿財特別親人，沉穩可愛，小朋友特別喜歡，玩得特別開心特別盡興，下次我們還來玩。
