優點：價格便宜，在小吃街上，吃飯方便，停車方便。
缺點：因為在一樓沿街房間，要過晚上12點才能清凈下來，有蚊子，衞生有待改善，沒有牙刷沒有香皂沒有梳子也沒有浴巾，更沒有贈送礦泉水，我覺得這些東西是一般酒店民宿都應該有的，但是這裏沒有

地理位置還不錯，龍海小鎮都是吃的，步行到海棠灣免税城20分鐘左右。房間還算大，但是呢隔音不怎麼好。還有就是熱水太小了實在是。其他都還不錯。價錢也很便宜。

這家酒店連住五天，真的很滿意很舒服，由於當天到的比較晚收拾一下就睡覺了，忘記拍房間照片，但是跟下單時候拍的房間是一模一樣的，衞生間很大，不像有的酒店衞生間小的轉不開身，老闆和老闆娘服務實在好的沒話説，像朋友一樣，餓了還給我們煮麪，真的很不好意思，最主要的是他家可以直接租車，很多種類，都是最低的價格給我們，騎了趟小摩託去後海還不收錢。真的是非常好的店，找住宿不知道找誰家的話，強烈推薦這家，肯定越住越喜歡😘
