Close to the beach, veeeeery beautiful view from balcony, nice and clean rooms /except restroom doorlock broken/. Close to restaurants and Atlantics but you needda take taxi /around 10-15yuans/. I will recomment to friends.

The location is absolutely prime, right next to Atlantis Resort and the International Duty-Free Shopping Complex, both just about a 5-minute drive away, making shopping and entertainment incredibly convenient. The surrounding area boasts excellent commercial amenities, with supermarkets, night markets, and food courts all within reach, perfect whether you want to try local specialties or experience the vibrant local culture. Even better, the apartment offers free shuttle services within the Haitang Bay area and organizes daily shared rides to attractions, so you don't have to worry about transportation at all. Whether it's a family trip, a romantic getaway, or a friends' vacation, this garden-view apartment exceeds all expectations, offering both the refined service of a hotel and the comfort of home, all at an incredible value for money. I'll definitely choose this place again on my next visit to Haitang Bay, and I've already recommended it to all my friends planning a trip to Sanya!

I was at a conference next door at the Fairmont Sanya Haitang Bay and noticed this building right beside it. It really stood out, 259 meters tall – is it the highest in Sanya?! The lower floors of this building house the Rosewood Hotel, while the upper floors are taken up by five or six hotel apartments. The place I stayed at was pretty good; they upgraded me to a two-bedroom, one-living room sea-view apartment for only 167 RMB a day, probably because it was off-season. It was a great experience. It had a fridge, microwave, dishwasher, and a small kitchenette, and I could even see the sea from my bed. I felt really good about it, definitely a five-star rating!

The location is absolutely excellent, in Poly No. 1 Mansion, right above the Haiyun Hotel. You get the same prime location, the same beach, and the same complex, but at a tenth of the price! The surroundings are also super convenient; there's a Haichang Sleepless City right in front, and Haitang Plaza is downstairs. It's also just a few kilometers to Linwang Night Market and Longjiang Town, so getting around is very easy. The young ladies and gentlemen at the front desk were incredibly nice. On the first day, a young lady even came downstairs to meet me, introduced the room and how to use the facilities, and gave me tips on nearby attractions and supermarkets. She then sent a detailed guide via WeChat – truly excellent professionalism. Checking in here made our perfect vacation even more perfect. Thumbs up!

Our stay at the apartment was made so much easier thanks to the butler! As soon as we arrived, he immediately helped us with our luggage and thoughtfully informed us about nearby supermarkets and children's play areas, which was perfect for our family with kids. Midway through our stay, our child accidentally stained the bedsheets, and after we contacted him, the butler brought clean linen within 10 minutes with such a gentle demeanor. At check-out, he proactively reminded us to take all our belongings. He was attentive and thoughtful throughout our entire stay. We'll definitely choose this place again next time!

This sea-view apartment is fantastic! Haitang Square is right downstairs, making it incredibly convenient to get to the beach. It's also not far from Wuzhizhou Island pier, which is great for day trips. The room has a kitchen and a washing machine, making it really convenient for a longer stay. Plus, you can easily head to Buhuan City for dining options.

A Very Pleasant Stay We had a lovely time at "Perfect Holiday Sea View Apartments". The apartment was bright and cozy, on a high floor, and the sea view was very soothing. The staff were friendly and responsive, making us feel welcome. A great choice, highly recommended!

The smart lock meant no need for a room card, and the kitchen was fully equipped with pots, pans, and even a branded dish soap – it felt just like cooking at home. At night, the view from the window was stunning, with neon lights twinkling as I lay in bed. The cleaning was incredibly thorough! Not a speck of dust in the pillow seams, the bathroom glass was sparkling clean enough to be a mirror, and there were even moth-repellent sachets placed in the wardrobe beforehand. The concierge was super responsive, not only providing addresses for nearby breakfast spots but also queuing tips. It was a comfortable and reassuring stay, definitely five stars – this experience far exceeded my expectations, absolutely five stars!

My son absolutely loved the style of this room, especially playing on the slide – it was really entertaining for kids. The room was clean and tidy, and having a washing machine and drying rack was very convenient for us to hang clothes; the facilities were complete. However, when I asked the staff member who checked us in for the takeout address, they initially gave me a courier address. It took some explaining before they finally gave me the correct takeout address. I don't know if my question was hard to understand or if they just didn't want to tell me. Their tone of voice was rather stiff and unfriendly, and they seemed impatient, which made me quite uncomfortable, especially since they're supposed to be dealing with guests. When I went downstairs to the service desk myself to pick up some disposable slippers I had requested, I happened to catch an elevator going down. I saw someone standing on the left who looked familiar and I looked over, trying to figure out if it was the front desk staff member who had checked us in. They looked at me and said, "What are you staring at?" I was speechless~~

Service: The service was very prompt, and parking was discounted. Hygiene: The room was cleaned daily by the auntie, very clean. Environment: Enjoyed the 5-star Haitang Bay beach right above the Poly Rosewood Hotel. Stayed for 4 days and it was very comfortable. I was reluctant to leave. I even took photos on the large balcony. Room: The room was exactly as advertised, luxurious and grand! Spacious, and the rooms were all about the same size. The bedding was very comfortable, and there was even a mahjong table.
