The room was excellent, and the cleanliness was top-notch. Every staff member was incredibly friendly. Our stay was absolutely perfect, and our family of four, including young and old, was very satisfied. The hotel's location is great, being close to both the airport and the beach. The hotel lobby itself is very spacious with beautiful views. Downstairs, there are a ton of public area entertainment facilities, including a small sandpit for kids, water activities, and indoor playrooms. The breakfast was rich and varied, and the à la carte lunch and dinner were also delicious. No matter what issue we encountered, the hotel staff were very efficient, quick to respond, and handled everything promptly. Thumbs up! Very good!

Our vacation experience was quite good. The room was around 120 square meters, with two bedrooms, two living rooms, and two bathrooms. It was spacious and airy, featuring an enormous sea-view balcony with excellent privacy. The hotel facilities are comprehensive; the pool area is large, surrounded by coconut groves, creating a serene environment perfect for kids to play freely. The hotel's location is great, and the breakfast buffet offers a decent variety, served until past 11 AM, including local specialties like Qingbuliang dessert. Both adults and children loved it! We highly recommend staying and visiting. The front desk service was also very good; they helped us with a complimentary late check-out, which was a nice touch. We'll definitely be back to this hotel!

The location is convenient, the environment is beautiful, and the service was decent. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious, and the hotel staff were incredibly attentive. They even gave us a lovely souvenir when we checked out. Overall, the hotel was very friendly in all aspects. The lobby had high ceilings, making it grand and not at all cramped. Check-in was quick, and we even got a free room upgrade, which was fantastic! Our room was on a high floor with great views and was very clean. The hotel's location is excellent, not far from both the airport and the beach. I was very satisfied with my stay these past few days and would happily choose this hotel again next time.

Overall, my stay was excellent. The service was great, the room was lovely, and it offered good value for money. The only minor improvements would be a wider selection at breakfast – it was a shame there was no passion fruit, for example – and brighter lighting in the room. I’d also suggest replacing the small trash bin by the sink with a larger one, as it fills up quickly. Additionally, while the afternoon tea snacks were complimentary, they were the same as breakfast, which made them a bit less appealing. However, when I raised these points with our butler, Holly, she responded immediately and even prepared a complimentary souvenir for us. It’s clear this hotel genuinely cares about its guests, which I really appreciate. I was very touched by their efforts and will definitely choose this hotel again when I return to Sanya.

Everything was great! The hotel complex has a nice environment, and there are indoor and outdoor facilities for children, plus a gym. The kids had a blast! The pool is spacious, and the rooms are clean and bright, with a balcony offering bay views. Vicky provided excellent service, communicating and resolving issues promptly. It's perfect for family trips, business travel, or a vacation, and offers great value for money!

The lady who checked us in was very attentive and accommodating. The hotel also takes great care of children, providing special toiletries for them. The hotel's services and facilities are excellent, and the location is great. The staff are all very welcoming, and there's a complimentary all-day shuttle service. The cleanliness of the hotel rooms is also top-notch, so you don't have to worry about traveling with kids. Overall, I'm very satisfied. The room has a great view of the sea.

An absolutely fantastic hotel! We got a room upgrade, and the front desk service was excellent. The room had unbeatable views, was clean and spacious, and both the facilities and service were beyond 5-star. The hotel's location is great, and we were upgraded to a sea-view room for free, and even got a late check-out without extra charge. All our small requests were met! A big thank you to Wyndham Sanya Bay for their thoughtful service! They truly helped us enjoy a relaxed and wonderful island vacation.

During typhoon season, it rained outside, and the room floor became damp, which could be slippery for children, so caution is advised. However, Holly from guest services provided excellent assistance. She helped coordinate our needs and resolved any issues we had. Our experience was fantastic; the hotel upgraded our room from a garden view to a high-floor room with an excellent view. It was definitely more comfortable. The hotel's public facilities are great, with many pools and a sandpit for digging. Holly's service was incredibly warm and left a lasting positive impression! We will definitely choose Wyndham Sanya Bay next time we visit Sanya!
